Gulf access waterfront Villa Eli with 4BR/2BA sleeps 10+, with circular driveway parking for 6+ cars, boat dock & heated swimming pool, about 10 houses from the Caloosahatchee River and within walking distance (7 houses to) the Cape Coral Yacht Club, beach, fishing pier, waterfront restaurant & boat ramp, tropical fruit trees, lounge chairs & BBQ grill, bikes and pool toys. 2 king beds, 1 queen bed & 2 full beds with sofas. Fishing, crabbing , see dolphins and manatees in the backyard. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. 100% FULL REFUND for hurricane evacuation cancellations.
