Luxury 5 Bedroom 4 Bath Villa in "yacht Club Area" with heated pool and hot tub. Overlooking wide intersecting canals, 5 minute drive to Yacht Club Beach, Grocery stores and great restaurants/bars. Beautiful canal sunsets from the dock or screened lanai. Plenty of indoor and outdoor dining space for large groups and families and large full kitchen to prepare and cook your family meals. 2 - Queen bedrooms with ensuites, 1 King Master bedroom with Ensuite, 1 Queen pool access bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with 2 beds all with smart tv's connected to high speed wireless internet.

Paradise on the canal

The property was exactly as pictured. It was spotless, quiet, beautiful and sunny. I wish we had a boat to moor at the private dock on the canal side of the house!!

Great house, location, and great Host

This house is absolutely fabulous! It was spotless and well appointed. Our friends and us thoroughly enjoyed everything about the house and location. Ten of us (60) stayed for 21 days and wished we would have had more time to enjoy it even longer. Ken is an outstanding host and responded within minutes of any question or minor issue that occurred. If you're looking for a great place to relax and get away, this is the place!

Ken was very responsive. We had a great time from the moment we walked in until departure. The home was perfect for us 6 adults , 3 teens and a 20 month old. Pool and spa were very relaxing. Accommodations score a 5 star. Everything we needed was available. Thanks for everything!!!

Great location and very spacious. Would have loved to have at least some garage access for fishing poles, beach chairs, etc. Overall, the house was comfortable and a boaters dream!
