Thanks to Susan and Paul for making us feel so "at home" in their house for 18 wonderful days. From the very first moment, we felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay, in keeping with the "house rules": Relax, Relax, Relax...The house is tastefully decorated, very clean, the kitchen is beautiful and very well equipped with everything we need. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area, particularly the pool and the lovely view across the canal. That's Cape Coral! We've been there several times and all our favorite spots are easily accessible from this house.Many thanks again to the freindly and helpful hosts for the wonderful time, we would love to come back sometime!

Great Lanai

We really enjoyed our visit. Hosts were so welcoming and answered all our questions quickly. The pool and lanai were wonderful and provided for a lot of family memories. This is our 3rd time staying here and it has been great each time. The property is very convenient to Sanibel and Captiva and local amenities. Thanks to our hosts for their hospitality.

Relaxing Pool Area

Owners are quick to help and address any issues. The house is great and fit all our needs. The pool area is the real star. We spent almost all of our time in the pool area!

Lovely Home in a great Location

This was our second time staying in this lovely home, the home is well appointed with all of the amenities required for a relaxing stay in Cape Coral, centrally located and only a short 5 - 10 min Boat ride along the canal to reach the Caloosahatchee River, and from there you can head to the Gulf, Sanibel, Captiva, Ft Myers Beach etc, Great communication with the owners, Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay,

Amazing Property and Fantastic Hosts!

We stayed here my son’s baseball tournament and the owners were fantastic at communicating throughout the visit. The house is exactly as described, love the pool and my son loved fishing every night off of the dock. Thank you Paul and Susan, top notch!!

Beautiful pool and canal

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean which is important to us. We spent most of our time enjoying the screened in pool area. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Very Tranquil! A good place to relax and rejuvenate and at the same time close to a variety of amenities!

Perfect place

Paul and Susan were great communicators, were always available for any questions or needs and were very responsive. The place had a great pool, great spot on the water, close to many restaurants and stores and the kitchen was well equiped. The best rental home we have ever stayed in

This rental property has it all. It is a fantastic location in the Cape. The hosts have thought of everything, and I mean everything. They had everything needed for trips to the beach, items for the pool, a wonderfully stocked kitchen with an amazing assortment of spices and cooking necessities. They even had a large boiling pot for blue crabs! My family stayed for 11 nights and had an absolute fantastic time.

Just what we were looking for!

We were seeking a quiet relaxing few days following a cruise. We wanted privacy, a peaceful setting, a heated pool, and a comfortable home. This property delivered all of these requirements. The pool was lovely and warm, and we enjoyed beautiful sunshine and tranquility. The area has so much spectacular wildlife, including a pair of burrowing owls at the bottom of the drive way.- so cute! We would happily recommend this home. Thank you to our hosts!

Wonderful Stay with Young Family

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous waterfront home. The linai was a highlight, allowing the warm fresh air to fill the house. The pool was gorgeous and perfect for kids, there is a deep step that lines one long side so it gives the non-swimmers more place to play. We also loved that there is a huge collection of beach gear which made our day on Sanibel Island fantastic. The home was beautiful, great kitchen, comfortable beds, and fantastic location.

Great home away from home for the holidays!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was the first time we have ever rented a property and it was especially meaningful to us because we have never been away from home for the holidays. Everything you could have wanted was there right down to a mini screwdriver (which came in handy) a crab pod, beach towels and a beach wagon. The pool is wonderful and a great place to relax. We tried our luck fishing but only caught a blue crab, and a baby alligator! So close to everything! We appreciated the Christmas tree being up for us so we could have that holiday feel. Thanks for providing us a place that was a great home away from home!
