- The beautiful house Palm Tree is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental that's fully equipped. The oversized pool area features an electric heated pool, propane BBQ grill, and tons of space to relax and unwind. The western exposure means that you'll be able to see spectacular Florida sunsets while swimming in the pool or grilling This house is pet friendly but there is a $75 pet fee per pet. Washer and dryer are in the laundry room. Located in south Cape Coral, the house Palm Tree is just 5 minutes away from the Cape Coral Yacht Club, Cape Harbor, and the bridge to Fort Myers. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are only 25 minutes away.
