Great Staycation in Cape Coral

Our family was displaced and we found this nice home for our family in Cape Coral. The kids felt like it was a vacation. The property was perfect for our little dog and children. Clean great customer service well furnished we liked the quiet Neighbourhood as well.

Great location!

Upon arrival it was very bright, clean, and organized. We love cooking and there was so much prep and eating space. The property itself is very well kept. Grocery stores, shopping, and gyms are very close. The house is 30-40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and 15 minutes from downtown Fort Myers and popular restaurants in the area.

Lovely home for winter getaway

Home is lovely, clean, cutely decorated and near many restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Easy access to freeways. Fenced in backyard was great for our dog. Entering the house requires an 10 digit code that was very touchy. Our main frustration was the traffic and getting to the beach which is 40 minutes away in no traffic. Parking may be less available due to hurricane recovery efforts. Leave at 9:30 am to minimize traffic and get a parking spot.

Good space but not clean

Plenty of room for family with a pet. Large fenced backyard for furry friend. Located in an area with lots of restaurants and shops. The kitchen could have been better equipped. There was no toaster and only a few mismatched plates and bowls. Not sure how well the dishwasher worked because we had to wash plates we took out of the cupboard. Whoever cleaned prior to our visit should be replaces. There was dirt and lots of toilet paper under bathroom vanity. Under all beds was dusty and we gathered various socks and underwear as well as beer bottle caps all around the house.
