Only 30 Minutes to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, Matlacha, Pine Island, St James City, Matanzas Pass Preserve, World Famous Shell Factory. Only 7 minutes to Historical Downtown Fort Myers with lots of restaurants, places to shop, art museum, and a fun place to walk around. Close to Edison & Ford Winter Estates. Walking distance to Tennis courts, kids playground, and Kurt Donaldson Community Park Outdoor space with sporting facilities. Traditional Classic Decor inside home with waterviews

Water views from inside bedrooms and living areas. Concrete dock and extended wooden dock to enjoy fishing and the water views. Huge walk-in shower in the master bedroom, with king bed. Second bedroom has queen bed. Toddler bed available in addition to the double bed and twin bed in the kids room. Two dining tables and chairs to enjoy your meals. Two living areas with Smart TV in each living space. Even a washer and dryer available for your use.
