A++++++ stay at rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well, it actually wasn’t a vacation. It was a short stay from my brother‘s funeral who lived in Fort Myers. The management team were so wonderful, sympathetic and helpful to any questions we had. I don’t think I will stay with anyone else, but with this management.

Excellent property and great hosts

The property itself was immaculate, and the minor issue we had with the electronic locks was quickly resolved. Convenient location with shopping and dining nearby. The house is basically brand new, and had a great layout and well stocked kitchen. Will stay again next time we visit the area. Thanks!

Luxurious Dream House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would give 6 Stars if I could... A perfectly cleaned sunfloated House with all you need, automatic garage, wonderful terrace with pool, huge Bath rooms and much more. The Kids also love the small things like air mattresses for the pool and Beach Equipment, which is a nice unexpected on top. All in all it was a wonderful time from the first second and we was truly sad when we had to leave. The only thing, which we missed as german guests was a drying rack, not all clothes to put in the dryer - just for info, probably for next time 😉

Spotlessly clean villa with great outdoor space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the very beginning, Charline was very accommodating in making changes to the original booking including providing a cot and highchair for our 15month old granddaughter and adding a late checkout when our flights changed. When we arrived the villa was spotlessly clean. The outdoor space was ideal for us; the pool was a great temperature from morning until evening with a calming view over the water, the hot tub was very well used and we ate out every night using the BBQ on a couple of nights. A couple of issues cropped up during our stay but these were resolved. If you like seafood, Lobster Lady is a must try and Amore was also very good. These are both genuinely within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful and peaceful time at Villa Sunshine!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 4 and we rented the Villa Sunshine for 2 weeks in July 2025. The house was fantastic and lovely exactly as per the pictures. Modern, fresh, clean and new. The house feels quiet and peaceful and at the same time, we were walking distance to everything (Publix, shops and restaurants) which was a big plus and only 30 mn from Fort Myers Beach. We loved it every second of it and we had a great vacation! Special mention to Charlen and Kevin our hosts who were very helpful, responsive and accommodating.
