Apartment Wave Cape Coral/Beach Resort

Enjoy a dream stay in one of our apartments close to the beach in Cape Coral!

The Beach Resort includes 4 apartments and 1 studio. Our resort is located in the heart of Cape Coral, close to the southern Cape Coral Bridge that connects Fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is the ideal location to get to Florida's attractions and beaches quickly by car. The proximity to Cape Coral Beach also allows you to enjoy shorter beach stays and end the evening in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants.

Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy.

Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge (shared) pool area with a heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals.

APARTMENT WAVE

You can expect a bright, spaciously living / dining area with an open-plan kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of light. The way from the well-equipped kitchen to the dining area is short or enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.
A big sofa that transforms itself quickly into a comfortable double bed, invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy a book or watch the latest news on television.

The bedroom is generous - in the spaciously closet you have ample room to space newly purchased or brought clothes and treasures. The queen-size bed promises a good night's rest ...
The bedroom includes a sufficiently large bathroom, with a bathtub.
Of course, you donĀ“t need to bring bedding or towels. In addition to bath towels, beach towels are available.

To enjoy the great Florida weather, the apartment has a private screened outdoor area with seats. Besides sunbathing in the community pool area, there is a private deck area available.

Fun on the sun

Weather was perfect and lots of different things to do in the area. Local beach and Fort Myers beaches great. Apt was neat and clean. A little smaller than what I expected but not a deal breaker. Pool was warm but I liked it.Judy is fabulous as the property manager. Very friendly and very responsive to any concerns.

Excellent place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very cleaned and well stocked. It was a bit chilly while we were there and Judi was great getting us some extra blankets. My daughter loved the pool. I great place to stay that I could highly recommend.

Cape Coral Gem

Great location, close to downtown Cape Coral. Apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect for an evening dip. Outdoor space and room to spread out.

Great Apt.

Perfect for being close to downtown Cape Coral, local beaches and parks. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen is well outfitted to give you the option of staying in. The pool and personal Outside space let you take advantage of the perfect Florida weather. Will def recommend.

Perfect location

Property could use some outside cleaning. Mold is present above the doorway entries at each apt. Debri is collect between the outside downspouts and fencing. Also mold in the grout between the tile inside the pool under the ledge all the way around the inside of the pool

The apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean and the pool and hot tub were beautiful. Judi, the property manager was extremely helpful if we ever needed assistance or had any questions. We had an issue with the ceiling fan and light in the lanai and she had someone there to fix it by the next day. She was very helpful in providing us with local dining and tour information and was very caring and personable. The other guests staying at the property were respectful and cooperative. We highly recommend this vacation rental. We will definitely return.

We were in the neighborhood getting to the property and I felt more uncomfortable as we were getting near. We arrived and we decided not to even go in the property. The neighborhoodfelt very unsafe.

Great little apartment!

This has a cute setup. There is a caged pool in the middle of 5 apartments. Each apartment has its own little screened in porch with chairs and a table that overlooks the pool. There is a washer and dryer available for use at no cost. The kitchen is a bit small, but we made it work. The living space and bedroom are a good size. The kitchen was well equipped. I donā€™t have any negative comments on this property. We stayed in ā€œThe Waveā€. I would highly recommend this place!

Great Peaceful Vacation

This condo is exactly as advertised. It is clean, friendly, close to shopping, restaurants, and miles of nice neighborhoods for walking. The pool is clean and well maintained, and the private lanai is perfect for reading or relaxing. We are already booked for next year!

It was the perfect choice for us.

We had a reservation elsewhere that was canceled at the last minute and we were a little panicked until we came across this property which ended up being the perfect location and close to everything we needed.

I chose this location because I didn't want to do the hotel thing, I wanted something different. Was very nice to have a pool shared by at max, 4 other parties. Location was great, close to everything downtown. Judi was very accommodating
