  • The relaxed atmosphere at Villa Renee is perfect for vacationers, who want to get away from everyday stress and who want to enjoy the untouched nature of Florida. Villa Renee is located in a very well maintained neighborhood in SE Cape Coral with a broad water way and access (10 minutes) to the Gulf of Mexico.
    This home has been completely updated. This spacious villa has 3 bedrooms : the master bath has two sinks and a walk in shower, the second bath has one sink and a walk in shower. The split floor plan is awesome for vacation with family or friends.The guest bedrooms are far away from the master bedroom, which is ideal for privacy. A large kitchen (stainless steel appliances), a family room (55" flat screen TV), formal living room and dining room are perfect when you like to invite guests.
    A heated (solar) pool, as well as the large lanai with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ invite you to relax and enjoy your fun time.
    The cement patio on an extra wide canal is a perfect place for fishing.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay very much, home was clean and well equipped. We slept in the queen bedroom and the only concern was that the fitted sheets were too small for the mattress and kept coming off during the night. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach.

Very nice rental

My husband and I stayed at this home for two months. Along with our dog. Patricia, the owner was extremely helpful with any needs that we had. The home is well appointed and the beds are extremely comfortable. The pool was very warm and appreciated the nice outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was EXACTLY what our family needed for our vacation. It was awesome to have the pool there to be able to relax in at night after we had done our activities during the day. The dock was great for fishing which we did every evening. We loved the house and everything about it. We would definitely book this place again for vacation in this area!

This property was amazing! Everything about the house was great! From the beds to the showers, stocked kitchen to comfy living room, just great! The outdoor pool and patio, was FABULOUS! 4 nights of relaxation

We enjoyed a long weekend at the house. It's spacious and very clean. The quiet location and beautiful salt water pool were perfect for us. The close proximity to many good restaurants meant no cooking was necessary, although the kitchen was fully stocked with all the implements needed. We will definitely consider this house for our next visit to the area.

The Linai and outside space sells this property. Very comfortable stay. Only in for a couple of days and then back out. Wish I could have used the outdoor space more.

Lovely Stay On The Canal

Our check in process was seamless the owner provided the information in plenty of time prior to our arrival. The house was easy to find, the neighborhood was lovely and the house was exactly as shown on the website. It was beautifully decorated, spacious and we enjoyed having coffee on the lanai (my Golden Girls Reference) every morning. We contacted the owner with a question, she was quick to respond. I would absolutely stay here again and we plan on doing so when we return to the area.

Wonderful warm pool on an extra wide canal with lots of boats!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in April 2024. The pool, heated with roof solar panels was exceptional and warm and location on the wide canal offered beautiful sunsets. In our experience in renting these CC properties, we find the solar panel heated pools to be the best. We are truly outside people when we visit, however the home was well stocked with essentials, has beautiful new flooring throughout, nice baths, and is very nicely furnished with beiges and blues ( quite soothing) to mimic the sand and the ocean. We made use of the very nice and clean grill outside too. We loved our stay here and will return again.

Calm along Cape Coral

As shown on the pictures, the house is nicely tugged away in the neighborhood. It was a work vacation for me and making it back to the house after lunch and cooling off in the pool made it lean more towards the vacation. The house is clean and offers everything you need. We fished right off the dock and saw a manatee coming by twice. You are five minutes away from a grocery store and within 30minutes from island and beaches. We will be back
