I highly recommend to anyone that vacations or is visiting Cape Coral/Ft Myers area to look into this property. Very relaxing and comfortable to say the least. Very clean, spacious and warm with everything you would want. The grounds are nicely manicured, the pool area is private and great place to relax.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The pool area was a highlight—private, clean, and perfect for unwinding. I had such a lovely stay here. Wendy was extremely helpful and communicative. The house was very clean and the bed was really soft and comfortable. The pool area was serene, private, and peaceful. The location was close enough to everything (shopping, beaches, etc.) while not being in the hustle and bustle of normal tourist hotspots. I travel extensively for work and did not want my vacation time spent in another standard hotel or resort. I'm so glad I found this place. For anyone looking for a relaxing, easy-going, and comfortable vacation spot, this is the perfect place. I absolutely plan to stay here again!!!!!

Great Spot

We had a great time. The house is in a good area with lots of shopping and things nearby, The back pool is well screened so that you have privacy and with everything you need to just sit by the pool all day if you want. Would book again if going to the area next year.

Amazing property!

We loved everything about this beautiful home! This was an adult only vacation and we had no plan’s except to relax and this house made it the perfect week! Beautiful Cape Coral getaway

This home has everything a person/family needs. Nice to have beach chairs and coolers for we flew to Florida. The backyard and pool made for very relaxing evenings. For us short people almost needed a step stool to get in the main bedroom bed. Haha! Highly recommend this property.

Great Home and Pool

Two weeks in this lovely comfortable home was wonderful but not long enough. The pool was exceptional with plenty of deck chairs and lots of great floating loungers. Amenities in the house made our stay extraordinary but the pool was best by far over other places we have stayed. The owner was attentive but not intrusive. One of our best experiences in many years of travels. Highly recommend!

Lovely vacation in a beautiful home

The home was beautiful, clean, and we wanted for nothing. We had a great time away, visiting several beaches and then enjoying the pool in the afternoons. The host was communicative and the check in and out process was easy. The neighborhood felt extremely safe. We are so thankful to have found this home for our trip and it has spoiled us for future rentals! If we visit Florida again, we would choose this place again in a heartbeat. Wendy is extremely responsive. Home is super clean & has all that you need and then some! Even had enough toiletries and paper goods for the entire week's stay! Outdoor shower was a plus when returning from the beach to ensure that we didn't track sand in the home. Super private with lush greenery providing a tropical oasis in pool area. Had pool toys, cooler, beach chairs & towels. Conveniently located. I would highly recommend this property, and we look forward to hopefully returning!

Excellent holiday home - would very much recommend!

We had a great stay in this holiday home. First of all the host was great - available to answer questions and very service minded. They had even decorated the home for Christmas which made us feel extra welcome. The house itself is located in a peaceful and quiet area and the house looks just like the pictures. Clean and nice! The heated pool was used a lot by the kids and there were toys they could borrow during our stay. All of us enjoyed our stay and if visiting the area again I would book it again! Can warmly recommend anyone who considers visiting Cape Coral to book this holiday home and enjoy your stay!

Lovely spot. As described!

Immediately impressed with cleanliness of the home. Well equipped. We spent a lot of time in the pool which had the perfect temperature. Pool area had lots of sun and opportunities to escape in the shade. Loved there was such a variety of pool accessories like noodles, loungers etc. Huge BBQ that was immaculate. We didn’t sit inside much but the sectional and dining spaces were comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet and we felt quite safe walking. We explored all streets within a few miles of the house. People were friendly and helpful if we had a question. Great location for grocery shopping. Would recommend this lovely home.

Best place to stay in Cape Coral!

My 11-year-old's review: This was one of the best places my family and I had stayed in! The pool was so nice and heated, the place had good WIFI for watching TV, had nice bedrooms, and was not that far from the beach. We will stay there again! As we can see she loved the place:) My review: We enjoyed our Christmas vacation here at Wendy's place! It was even decorated for the holidays with a Christmas tree ready for Santa. Wendy was very accommodating during our stay. Great hostess! The home was located in a very nice and super quiet neighborhood. We were not far from the main drag through Cape Coral so there were many convenient shopping and dining choices. The home is very spacious with a great layout. Very clean and well-kept. It had everything we needed. The lanai and pool were awesome! We spent most of our time out there. The landscaping is beautiful and makes the pool super private. You don't even realize there are homes right next door. The pictures do not do it justice. There were beach chairs and coolers available which made our trip to the beach even better. We don't do VRBO often because I'm always leery about the chance if I don't make a good choice. Take my word, have no apprehensions about this home or its location. Thanks, Wendy, you made for a perfect ending to 2023 for our family. Can't wait to visit your home again.
