This place turned out to be just perfect for us. It was in a great location and the pool was perfect to beat the afternoon heat. Everything was super clean and all the extras really made it special (pool floats, ping pong table, kayaks, games). Would definitely come back and stay again!

Awesome stay!

Property was very clean and well stocked and updated. Chris and Jena were quick to respond to any questions that we had. Very ideal location for visiting Cape Coral. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful Relaxing Getaway

We had an amazing time enjoying this wonderful property. Everything was clean and fresh. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Pool and hot tub was clean and fun to enjoy during the afternoons with our pups since the back yard was fenced in. Definitely will visit again in the future!

Great place!

Very lovely home, exactly as described on vrbo. Communication with the owners was very easy and they are quick to reply. Very nice that they had toiletries, hand soap and even kcups for coffee. Really nice to have. Would definitely stay here again!

We found the property to be pleasant and functional. The pool was great and we were able to relax in the furniture in the backyard. The screened in patio was also nice to keep bugs out. The house itself was nice and the beds were comfy! Would stay here again for sure.

Great house in great location

This house was everything it showed on line and more. Great location to everything. This would be a great house for a family. Pool, hot tub, washer and dryer, ping pong table, games, bikes everything you need for a family get away. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Roomy, clean and comfortable home with a great hot tub and convenient location. Had it been warmer, we would have loved to use the pool...but too cool for us Floridians. Very clean pool and hot tub. TVs have good pictures. We would come back.

The Perfect Florida Experience!

I can't say enough about this property! In my opinion, it has everything you could possibly want for a stay in Florida... comfy beds, amazing backyard, quiet neighborhood... and the amenities the hosts provide make traveling stress free - full kitchen, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, pool floats and even sand toys if you're traveling with little ones. The communication with the hosts was top notch. I would not hesitate to book again. Thanks for the great place to stay!!

Cape Coral Hot Tub Vacation

What can I say?! We arrived and there was a bouquet of flowers, two dozen chocolate chip cookies, and a hand-written note welcoming us and wishing us a happy Valentine's Day! You couldn't ask for more better hosts. The hot tub was my personal favorite.

Amazing House

The house was so clean, comfortable and stylish. Quiet neighborhood and the attention to details was very much appreciated. It was just me in there, but possibly looking to head back with my significant other for a family vacation. And it was so wonderful that this beautiful property was dog friendly as I was there to pick up our new puppy. We will be back with our 2 dogs all together.

Tranquility

We arrived to a clean smelling home. We took our 2 pups with us and it was nice that there were extra bowls and treats in case we forgot ours. The back yard is beautiful and has a wonderful layed back feeling, just what we needed. We did partake in the bring your own password, super easy to connect. It's close to Walmart, Publix and Aldi. I would recommend this home if your looking a relaxing getaway.

Lovely week and bungalow

Great week in Cape Coral. House was immaculate and very well stocked. Close to many delicious restaurants that the hosts suggested. Only 25 minutes to Ft Myers Beach and only 10 minutes to Yacht club beach. Spent a morning watching manatees in one of the river areas. The pool water was was still too cool to use (other than to stick feet in) but we enjoyed the backyard and screened lani in the evening. Chris and Jen provided lots of communication and a wonderful vacation home. We would definitely book again!

FANTABULOUS SUMMER VIBES

What a beautiful Tiki House! Enjoyed the games, the accommodation... Not to say chris and Jen were just a text away for anything we needed. We spent most of the days taking in the sun BY THE POOL! LAST BUT NOT LEAST, OH MY.... The aroma!? Yessss... its summer time! I would definitely give a 200 stars if I could!!!

Florida wedding

We had a family wedding on Sanibel Island. My husband and I decided to rent a house for five nights, get a rental car and enjoy the sites, restaurants, etc. while still being able to get to the wedding. This house had everything, washer, dryer, dishwasher, toiletries, towels, pool! It was so close to everything. We ate at three different restaurants while we were there, everything was excellent. I attended church there. It was only half mile away. We shopped , went to all the wedding festivities had a great time!

Fall 2024 visit

My husband and I had originally booked 2 nights beginning of November, but ended up only staying 1 night. Very spacious home and backyard. Nice neighborhood. The owners provided lots of activities including dart board, ping pong table, kayaks all located in the garage along w/ the washer and dryer. We only took advantage of ping pong briefly but it was good fun. They have a resident owl standing watch in front of the home which was very cool to see.Very pleasant stay over all, owners were very communicative.

Tiki House

This house was the cutest. It was myself and 2 teenage boys in town for a baseball tournament. The location was perfect and the area for food fit for us. The amenities at the house kept the boys entertained. They had ping pong tournaments daily along with enjoying the pool and games out back. Jena and Chris’s information ahead of time was very informative and helpful too. We found everything right where they said and didn’t need to reach out. The Burrowing owls gave us a bit of a shock but we enjoyed watching them. We hope to be back one day!!!

Tranquility

The hosts were great! House is really nice with a private pool and private backyard. Complete with beach towels, all outdoor accessories including beach chairs umbrellas, kids sand toys, and more. Hot tub being installed too! Completely fenced in privacy fence. Quiet neighborhood. Quick access to great restaurants with great food. Small beach probably 10 min drive. Perfect and not too crowded. Great flea market every Saturday! Quick access to grocery stores, shopping and churches. First time in Cape Coral and we love it. Will be back next year.

Perfect property for a family getaway!

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and pups. Having a fully fenced in yard was amazing for the pups to be able to run around, and the pool and backyard area were perfect for house lounging. The house was clean with lots of natural light, and the screened in porch was great for mornings and evenings especially. The house is filled with thoughtful details - from fresh, new feeling towels to toiletries to coffee pods. The neighborhood is very nice and we enjoyed daily walks to see the other houses and canals. It’s a quiet neighborhood and you’ll want a car to drive to any nearby restaurants, bars, etc. but this didn’t bother us. We were sad to leave! We hope we will be back.
