Warm pool, nice location, and great neighbors

Updated 1980's home that looks like new construction inside. Well appointed with all the necessities and utensils anyone could ask for. It was very nice to have a heated pool during the month of February with the cool nights - it made hopping in so nice! It is in a very nice neighborhood with many friendly full time residents, and the SPECTACULAR early morning sunrises is a definite plus! Many early mornings were spent on the front porch with a cup of coffee waiting for the sun to come up over the river. Close proximity to many fun places & Ft. Myers beach is only about a half hour 8 mile drive.
