- This villa is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac street overlooking the water. The pool area, including the whirlpool, faces south, so you can enjoy the sun all day. The house offers a fully integrated modern kitchen with breakfast bar. Adjacent is a lounge area with a view of the pool deck - it is one of the best examples of indoor-outdoor living. You can slide all the doors aside to enjoy an unrestricted view of the pool area and the waterways. In the outside area there are enough deck chairs and an outside kitchen with grill. The house has a small wooden footbridge for a boat to dock. Ask us for a possible boat rental. Fully tiled makes this house very allergen-friendly. Each room has its own bathroom. The master suite is very private upstairs and offers an exceptional view of the open water. There are bicycles and beach equipment in the house.
