Family Holiday Get-Away

This house was so spacious and perfect for our family holiday get-away! Everyone had their own space and their own bedroom! It was so nice to have the open concept in the living room, full kitchen, and dining area so everyone could visit! It was wonderful to have so many amenities and be so close to so many beaches/restuarants! We had an incredible Happy Holidays and would definetly stay here again!It was s roomroomrarevisit.dininroom

Wonderful Vacation Stay!

Stayed in this property with 5 family members and it was everything we had hoped for! We experienced great communication with Scott prior to arriving, the home was extremely clean and it had everything we needed for a comfortable 7 day stay. The kitchen was well stocked as we utilized it for most of our meals and had a comfortable living room to enjoy movies after the long days at the beach. This was a 10/10 experience-- We would definitely stay here again if we returned to west Florida.

Great location for a getaway

This is a fantastic property with easy access in and out. The bedrooms and beds were great. The living space was also great. This was the perfect place to use for coming down to FL to watch my son play college baseball. I would recommend this property. Fun little fact was being able to see the borrowing owls every day.

Great clean, new home with plenty of space. Light and bright. Located well for Cape Coral access. Loved the nearby shopping and easy access to Pine Island. Property manager was great - very responsive and helpful. Lots of great digital amenities. Quiet neighborhood with virtually no traffic.

Great house

This property was excellent for what we needed. Really appreciate all the little things some prior to coming and having a few basic things that came in handy. Would definitely rent this place again next year for tournament.

New clean well supplied home.

Located in a developing neighborhood, with no pool and limited size patio, we found this home perfect for our needs. Garage has several table games and new propane BBQ. Large screen TV in great room and two bedrooms.
