"The room was neat but the AC was not working so we had to be moved to another room only to find out the next morning that the windows had not been closed behind the curtains and there were mosquitos all over the room and had bitten my 9 months baby all over the face you could see bite marks all over her face! Our experience before that had been hectic bcos one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was their swimming pool but we got there and the pool was so dirty! So for our 4 days stay there my children could not swim bcos the staff could not tell when the pool will be cleaned next😡. I had booked an executive room for my inlaws too only to get there and the rooms were below standard not worth the amount being charged. The only room that was passable had no working AC so now we had to go around Cape Coast looking for another hotel to book them into....so inconvenient. I will never go back and will definitely not recommend....so many other things happened there that made our stay so stressful and not worth the amount of money charged...feel cheated"

"Brown water came out of the sink and shower. The sink in one washroom would overflow when the sink/shower in the other washroom would be in use. The smell of mildew permeated the home. Did not have proper linen/bedding or towels. Did not have dishes to accommodate renters or a family of more than 1 person. The apartment looked like it was inside a building that had been in a fire so was charred and broken down to charred blocks. We arrived late in the evening. We found suitable accommodations the next day and moved out."

"The property is convenient to the medical center which is what I needed. The room was comfortable however more attention needs to be paid to detail cleaning especially in the bathroom. Toilet seat was dirty with urine and there was no toilet paper."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Hot water on demand. The wifi was strong in my room. The breakfast was very tasty. The bread was toasted and the omelette was just right, hot coffee or Milo. I mixed them both coffee and Milo for a great taste. "
