The Reserve Lodge” Fish-Beach-Play-Stay

"The Reserve Lodge" is a 1926 Bank built to service the Rail Road that ran from Maryland to Kiptopeke to meet the ferry that ran from Kiptopeke to Virginia Beach. The look and feel of the old bank is still present but it has been updated to be a beautiful rental property. It hosts a full modern kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms, 2 sleeping areas, dining area and living room. All hardwood floors and large Kitchen Counters

Located 3 miles above Kiptopeke State Park which has public boat ramps, beautiful beach, hiking trails and wildlife viewing.
Bike path is located next to property so you can bring your own bikes or use our 3 provided bikes to use, path starts at our lodge and ends at the Wildlife Refuge near the CBBT, path is completley paved.
The Reserve Lodge is located 5 miles south of Cape Charles and gives you the chance to get away from the town but be close enough to enjoy the town.
