Take the included golf cart into town for dinner, ride bikes through Bay Creek`s scenic waterfront neighborhoods, launch a paddleboard at sunrise, spend the afternoon at the beach or pool, and finish your day watching spectacular Chesapeake Bay sunsets from one of the home`s multiple outdoor living spaces.

HOUSE RULES

Thank you for choosing Beach Haven. We want every guest to have an amazing stay while helping us keep the home in excellent condition for future visitors.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later

• Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in and late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation.

• No unregistered overnight guests without prior approval.

• Parties, events, large gatherings, weddings, receptions, or functions are strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing.

Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Please be respectful of neighbors and the Bay Creek community.

• Excessive noise may result in fines, removal from the property, or termination of the reservation without refund.

No Smoking

• Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco, cannabis, or similar products are prohibited inside the home and on covered porches.

• Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in additional cleaning and remediation charges.

Golf Cart Rules

• Golf cart use is included for registered guests only.

• Drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver`s license.

• Operate the golf cart responsibly and follow all local traffic laws.

• Do not drive on beaches, dunes, or restricted areas.

• Guests are responsible for any damage, citations, towing, or violations incurred during use.

Bicycles & Paddleboards

• Use all recreational equipment at your own risk.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Life jackets are provided and strongly encouraged whenever using paddleboards or participating in water activities.

• Guests assume responsibility for safe operation and use of all equipment.

Pool, Beach & Resort Amenities

• Guests must follow all Bay Creek community rules and posted regulations.

• Use resort amenities at your own risk.

• Children should be supervised at all times around water.

• Availability of community amenities is controlled by Bay Creek and may occasionally be affected by maintenance, weather, or community scheduling.

Pets

If Pet Friendly:

• Dogs are welcome with prior approval.

• Maximum of 2 dogs unless otherwise approved.

• Pets must be housebroken and well-behaved.

• Please clean up after your pets.

• Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds unless protective covers are used.

If No Pets:

• No pets allowed.

• Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or termination of the reservation.

Parking

• Park only in designated areas.

• Do not block neighboring driveways, roadways, or community access points.

• Boats, trailers, RVs, and oversized vehicles may require prior approval.

Safety

• No fireworks.

• No open flames or bonfires.

• Use grills responsibly and never leave them unattended.

• Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or safety equipment.

Respect the Home

• Please treat Beach Haven as you would your own home.

• Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or accidents promptly so we can address them quickly.

• Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Before Departure

Please help us prepare the home for incoming guests:

• Load and start the dishwasher.

• Dispose of trash in designated containers.

• Turn off lights and electronics.

• Return golf cart keys and equipment to their designated locations.

• Lock all doors and windows.

• Set thermostat to departure instructions provided at check-out.
