MERMAID’S COVE**Cozy condo two blocks from the beach

  • This studio is a small apartment located five minutes from Cocoa Beach Pier and two minutes from Cape Canaveral beach. You will have the entire condo to yourself. Beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, WiFi and Netflix is included. There is one queen sized bed with 100% white cotton sheets. The living room area features a flat screen tv with Roku to watch Netflix and YouTube and a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. The full kitchen is off from the living room and has an oven, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans and more to prepare any meal. There is a washer and dryer located outside of the front door, across the hall. The bathroom is off from the bedroom area and features a tiled shower. 7/11 convenience store is a two minute walk. No pets allowed. No smoking. Parking is free.
