Well appointed and plenty of room for myself, 3 sons and two dogs! Quaint fenced in yard with table shaded, hammock and seating area with grill. Very short 1/2 block walk to beautiful beach. Lots of beach equipment stored in the garage that we made good use of! Stacked washer/dryer in garage. Thank you! Also an easy drive to universal (several tolls).

Perfect getaway spot for family including our dog.
Great little spot minutes from the beach and short distance from dog park. Quiet area and kids don’t have to cross busy street to get to beach. Owner is super responsive and our dog appreciated the small yard.

Property was very clean. Kitchen utensils and cookware were very good. 1 block from a nice beach. Plenty of beach equipment with carts. Wifi was excellent. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. Would stay here again.

Christmas Stay
The property is an older townhouse that has been remodeled very close to a lovely beach access. The condo is well appointed with everything you need including beach towels. The downstairs bathroom has a nice big walkin shower and overall the beds were very comfortable. Our only complaints were that the bed in the master bedroom had dirt/particles all over it probably due to work that had been done on the roof prior to arrival, the door from condo to garage is damaged/needs replaced, and for a light sleeper the second floor flooring is very squeaky/loud if anyone walks or gets up in the night. Overall a nice place for a beach vacation and property manager is very responsive to questions/inquiries.

Stay before cruise
Great location very close to the beach. Would have loved to have stayed longer to enjoy the beach more. The local area was quite and if I needed anything it was either in walking distance or able to be delivered. Worth the stay and look forward to booking again.

Home was well equipped for a relaxing day at the beach with towels, chairs, cooler and wagon. Nicely furnished house with large televisions, games and cards to enjoy on rainy day. Highly responsive owner when had question about property.

Relaxing get away
The property was very clean and pet friendly. Alexander (our host) was very responsive to our questions. There was a washer and dryer on the premises which was convenient. Lovely home that was updated, nice patio, outdoor shower to clean off after a day at the beach and a bbq grill. It's just a short walk to the beach (2 minutes). We watched the sunrise every morning. It was quite relaxing........ Highly recommend!!

Great location, very short walk to the beach
We stayed in this condo as part of a beach/Daytona 500 vacation. The location is great, almost every store or restaurant you need is within a 5 minute drive, and some restaurants are in .25 mile walking distance. The beach is literally a one minute walk. The kitchen and lower level bathroom appear to be new renovations and the condo includes hi-speed internet and laundry facilities.

It was a great choice. I loved how close to the beach it was and that we had wagons and beach chairs plus a cooler for drinks to help enjoy our day at the beach. The only thing lacking was a few more mirrors for the ladies to get ready!

Cozy condo a stone’s throw from the beach.
So comfortable and cozy. We were there during a cold snap and it was a perfect for relaxing and staying warm. Very close beach access, we watched the sunrise over the water on morning beach walks. The kitchen and bathrooms are absolutely beautiful and the bedrooms and comfortable and extremely clean! Alexander was very responsive, kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend, we will be back for sure!

Cute place but…
The place is cute. But there are issues. No cleaning supplies left for renters so no ability to wash anything unless you brought your own. Renters are expected to clean up after prior renters. BBQ was disgusting and nothing to clean it with. Dryer trap full of lint. Full dishwasher load left for us to handle. Small pet owners be very aware the yard is not secure. We almost lost our dog due to not being warned there is a huge gap under the fence (where shower is) that you can’t see but a small pet can see. The gate also doesn’t close properly. There absolutely should be a warning that the fence is not secured. It’s cute, but if you are looking for a vacation and don’t want to clean up after others, this isn’t for you. Owners should consider a little more effort goes a long way.

Thank you for review Kimberly. Unfortunately if you don't tell us about issues you give hosts no chance of fixing things or addressing any issues you may discover. We clearly state in every single message and our prestay to let us know immediately if something is wrong which you did not do, rather complain about it here. We take a lot of pride in our properties and are usually there within minutes if something needs to get fixed as you can see by our 5-star reviews. Also, I would expect the same from our guests. Our cleaners found dog pee in multiple corners which means you did not follow the rules and crate your dog when leaving the property and left us with the damage. We definitely don't expect our renters to clean up, we have a 24h cleaning service for that, but if something is missed and the guest does not inform us we have no chance of fixing it. Thank you again for staying with us.

Awesome stay!
Perfect location and accommodations. Would stay here again. Lovely small side yard and mellow walk to a lovely beach. Not too crowded or rough waters for kids. No lifeguard but it wasn’t needed for decent swimmers.

Alexander was quick to reply, the property is exceptionally maintained and even had cooling oil and spices which came in helpful for our meals. Proximity to the beach was amazing and the wagons he has on site with beach toys, chairs and umbrella super useful for the kids. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend it!

All you need!
Great location - short walk to the beach but do not have to cross any roads to get there which was a plus since we were traveling with 3 children. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Property had everything we needed for the beach and inside (utensils, hair blow dryers, etc.). Also enjoyed playing provided games and puzzles!

Family Beach Vacation
This 2 story townhome was excellent. Many upgrades to the home, everything was as described. Alex answered every question I had, he was prompt and polite. Great neighborhood. Beach access was close, and handicap access was just 2 streets down. Alex gave clear and specific instructions which made everything easy. Things to be aware of: stairs are a bit narrow. Upstairs bathroom is a bit small, but downstairs is a good size. Front door sticks a little, so you need to use some elbow grease to open.

Great for quick getaway
Cottage was super clean, fresh and updated....decor modern and beachy. Just the right modern touches in an obviously old structure. All the things important to us: proximity to beach ( couple minutes walk down a paved road)good quality beds, at least an islamd for us to sit/eat together for 7 of us (no dining table) a pretty outdoor area to sit and enjoy coffee and have a quiet time. Outdoor shower a nice addition. A couple of things to note....the upstairs floor tilts a bit and outside walls are actually at an angle, gave me a weird feeling but got used to it. We would def stay there again!!

Fantastic Location
The location was fantastic and I loved the outdoor shower for washing off when coming back from the beach. Overall the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative is the upstairs walls are slanted and the headboards were screwed to the walls. It looked nice, but every time we rolled over, it made a lot of noise.
