Must clean the grill/grease pan. After use put cover back when it's cools and keep it on until next use. Empty tank must be replaced by guest to use
Bring back chairs and umbrella inside, all doors, windows locked, coffee pot, toaster unplugged, trash pick up Tuesday and Friday. Set AC on 80.

Good place Great neighbor

The place was good. a lot of upsides (very clean, nice amenities) and only had a few complaints (tap water tasted funny, occasional odd smell, some bathroom drains didn't drain well). Recommend booking during the winter if you want a great neighbor. the owner seemed to care about the place so my complaints are likely to be addressed.

The Good , the bad , the ugly.

The good: the check-in process was easy. The bad: the neighborhood on the other side of the fence was extremely ghetto. Definitely don't walk around the neighborhood at night. The ugly:The owner tacked on unwarranted charges for items they claimed were broken but weren't. An extremely unethical way of increasing profitability. A very shady owner who will be reported to VRBO. Use caution on this property.

Three month beach stay

Loved our time at the townhouse. Great location. We walked to the beach in beautiful Cape Canaveral often. Condo had everything we needed for our three month stay and Kali responded immediately to any inquiries we had. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.
