Overnight Stay
We stayed here the night before boarding a cruise ship and absolutely loved it! We were able to walk on the beach and it’s so close to the terminal we were able to watch the cruise ships leave port. Highly recommend! Check-in was super easy and upon booking, I had immediate information and instructions on checking in, codes, time, etc. I will definitely be booking this cute place again!

Amazing Property and Wonderful Host
Our family stayed at Gretchen's property for a few days post our cruise. Everything was absolutely wonderful from the communication prior to our stay, during and the property itself. This is a nice and quiet place to stay and was hands down one of if not the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed at, you can truly tell that the host cares about this place! Unfortunately, the pool heater had quit working so it was pretty cold swimming for our children but hanging out on the beach and everything else about the property more than made up for it. Thanks for everything Gretchen!

5-star stay!
What more could you ask for staying away from home! Cleanliness is most important to me and this place had that covered. Beds were comfy! Pool and hot tub right outside the door. Beach a few steps away. Really appreciated the stocked coffee bar (Not to mention snacks, laundry detergent, soap!)! Would stay here again and definitely recommend it!

Living our best lives
This was a great experience and great place to stay. Location was excellent with the beach right across the boardwalk. Pool available but we just swam in the ocean. Got to see SpaceX launch from the boardwalk probably less than 100 steps from our condo. Enough room for the 6 of us. I really appreciated the little things like the coffee bar and some snack bars. Also, really nice to sit outside on the patio at night and listen to the ocean.

This condo was perfect. My family stayed here the night before our cruise and it had everything we needed. Gretchen was so easy to communicate with and the process was spot on. Daughter’s Birthday escape to the beach
This was the perfect place for us! The location was great being right by the pool and so easy to get onto the beach too. It was peaceful and not crowded like other places we’ve been. HAS IT ALL!
Everything you could think of is provided for you so all you have to do is pack a couple swimsuits and fly on down. We flew in from KY with two kids and only one personal item (aka free little bag) with each of us making it the most stress-free vacation it could be. There are plenty of toys, and beach goodies at the condo and Gretchen will even stock the kitchen for a small fee. It was our second time there and we will be back!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The location could not be beat! We had 2 little girls and they loved the easy access to the beach, the pool, and the parents were super grateful for the supply of beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards! Wonderful hospitality
We stayed here the day before we went out for a cruise. It’s a mile from the cruise terminal. Wish we had a little longer. Will definitely look it up again. The host thought about everything and was so accommodating with us only being there for a day. It was all the little things that added up to be huge. The beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys were great. That meant we didn’t have to pack nor rent. The pool and hot tub was literally right outside the door. Beach less than 2-3 minute walk. Everything was so clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was great also with the tub and huge shower. Can’t say enough good things about it. Would recommend 100%!!

Great location with great property.
The property was just as advertised. It was extremely clean and you can tell the owner has thought of all the little details. We even had a Christmas tree! Best VRBO Stay Ever
This property is exactly as described and even better than the pictures due to all the attention to detail and extra touches. Everything was very clean, the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, and the coffee bar was a great treat! The kitchen was fully functional for cooking complete meals and the bathroom included little extras such as a first-aid kit and toiletry items. The condo itself is located on a quiet street which was pedestrian and bike-friendly.

Great Beach Location, Even Better Communication
The property was perfect for my needs. I wish I could have stayed longer. I was in town for a race with my girlfriend and the property was as advertised. Well-stocked with everything you might need for a stay at the beach. In addition to clean and comfortable accommodations, the property was stocked with beach gear, chairs, games, and snacks, as well as a fully functional kitchen with toaster oven and other conveniences. I did not have time to use the pool and hot tub (right outside our door and looked well-maintained), but the beach access was amazing. Access to your private slice of secluded beach. Bonus was that the owner communicated to us that there was a SpaceX rocket launch during our stay. We woke up in the middle of the night and viewed the rocket launch from the private walkway to the beach. It was an amazing way to cap our visit. All thanks to the considerate owner who made us aware. The owner also provided a fabulous snapshot of "Things to Do" and popular recommendations for the area in a .pdf document prior to our arrival. All in all this property, and the owners well-organized and professional communication/cleanliness/preparation, made our short stay a memory I will fondly remember.

This condo was perfect! It is obvious that Gretchen pays attention to detail. From the little basket of snacks to welcome you to the condo, to the shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom - everything was perfect! The location was great, too. Perfect beach stay
Gretchen's condo was homey, extremely clean, well-stocked, and perfectly located. This was our home-base before our cruise, and the only downside was the weather - it was a bit windy and cold so we were not able to use all the beach gear available. Gretchen provided some recommendations for things to do in the area so we spent a great day at the zoo. This was the cleanest place we have ever stayed at, and there were such wonderfully thoughtful touches throughout the condo. Gretchen was easy and terrific to communicate with. Would love to stay here again when the weather is warmer and we can take advantage of all the beach things available.

We had a great stay at Endless Summer! The condo was clean and beautiful. My kids enjoyed the beach & pool right outside the door! They also loved playing with the games and toys provided. The location is great, so close to Cocoa Beach Pier & KSC. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return. Thank you!
