Great location and staff, but the hotel rooms are not very clean. It needs a serious deep clean and carpet replacement.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however, at this price point, there were simply too many issues. The property was extremely dirty, every piece of kitchenware, cutlery, and glassware had to be washed before use. We tried contacting the property the day before our arrival to ask about food options but never received a call back. Additionally, the air conditioning didn’t work during our stay. On a positive note, the complimentary bottle of wine was a thoughtful gesture. That said, the property would benefit from providing robes, especially considering the outdoor bath and sauna. We were also surprised by the lack of privacy, from our balcony, we could clearly see into two other properties, and they could just as easily see us on the deck.

We enjoyed every moment! The tent was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our visit amazing:) A beautiful setting and very well maintained grounds. We got to enjoy breakfast on the deck with the Wallabies. Perfect experience to add to the Island.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large and very clean and had a great view of the ocean. Very close to the ferry, car rental company and grocery store. The staff offered suggestions on places to see kangaroos, which helped.
