Villa With Private Pool And Sea Views in a quiet and residential area

Well located, and tastfully equiped Villa. The perfect location for a relaxing holiday with amazing sea views. The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en suite, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, outdoor terrace of over 100 m2 with wonderful sea views and a private pool of more than 50 m3 of water treatment salt medium.In ten minutes walk brings you to two small coves called Cala rotja. They are next to a restaurant of the same name, where you can enjoy great meals on the terrace by the sea. If you would like, five minutes by car, you have the beach of Canyamel, with the wet area of the torrent of canyamel at his side, where you can enjoy a relaxing dip, stroll through the wetlands between birds, or take a drink or food at the beach bars or in its many restaurants.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Gepflegtes Haus mit komfortabler Einrichtung und umfassender Ausstattung. Sehr freundliche Betreuung durch Vincent und Mari, Die Betten waren etwas durchgelegen, Ende September gibt’s viele Mücken, Aircon wäre schön gewesen und im Pool war’s kälter als im Meer. Aber alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Underbart läge och utsikt över havet

Huset överlag bra, extra plus för läget och den underbara utsikten. Fin pool och uteplats. Sovrum och badrum skulle behöva en uppfräschning. Luftkonditionering saknas så vissa nätter mkt varma. Minus för icke engelsktalande kontakt vid incheckningen.

Great property, stunning view

Beautiful location with a stunning view. Very comfortable house with good outside space. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Härlig pool

Trevligt hus med härlig pool. Skulle behöva putsas till lite utomhus. Alla bekvämligheter såsom diskmaskin och tvättmaskin finns, men tyvärr är inte elen i huset tillräcklig för att använda dem samtidigt. Vi hade en hel del problem med att propparna gick.

Beautiful villa in peaceful location

We have just returned from a lovely week in Jose’s villa. The villa is beautiful and in a very quiet location with fantastic views across the bay and out to sea. The balcony is a lovely place day or night. Inside the villa is clean, modern and very spacious. We were just a small family of 3 but it could easily house 6 people. Just 5 minutes from the villa is Canyamel, with its beach, restaurants and a small selection of shops. About 10 minutes drive away are some big supermarkets for your weekly shop. We also visited Santanyi beach and Pollensa both of which I would highly recommend. Jose and his colleague were highly helpful throughout the stay. I have to admit I was worried about booking through owners direct however there was no need to be. Jose met us as planned near the airport and we followed him in our car as he led us to the villa. He and his colleague were always on call to help if we needed them and in fact Jose did drive back to the villa to turn the heating on for us as the nights were a little nippy initially. Overall we had a very relaxing week in a lovely villa with beautiful views. Many thanks.
