Summary: Our cozy, modern, comfortable, quiet and equipped house meets all needs for who wants to enjoy it and its Mediterranean surroundings. Perfect for couples, families, adventurers, business travelers, etc. It can accommodate 6 people. It is in a privileged location; just 30 meters from an idyllic seafront promenade with unbeatable Mediterranean views that connects beaches and coves, 5 minutes from the center.

Environment: The house is on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, oriented to the pleasure of a salty sunrise, just 30 meters from a pedestrian promenade and connected by a quiet street passable in a residential area. When leaving the house, heading north, strolling along this seafront promenade for a pleasant 4 minutes will find Son Moll beach, white sand beach and crystal clear waters; South direction, walking for 2 minutes you will find the cove of Sa Pedruscada, gray sand cove and turquoise waters, located in an old fishing port; and in front, a short 14-minute walk will find a direct access to the sea through natural rock stairs leading to the Mediterranean Sea. The center of Cala Ratjada, 10 minutes walk along an idyllic promenade, has all kinds of services and tourist activities for all tastes and ages, day and night. However, the house is 10 minutes walking from the center and, therefore, can rest with the whisper of the sea and the twinkle of the stars. Capdepera offers endless possibilities of leisure: wonderful beaches, hidden coves, urban walks, lively nature, nightlife, magic sunrises, culture in the street, gastronomy ... All or nothing can be done: live on the edge with balloon trips, water sports, horse riding, hiking through its mountains and trails, quiet readings on the sand, ...

We had a lovely stay in this wonderful house. Check in was very easy and the contact with the host was perfect. The house is in a calm area but still near the beach Son Moll and Cala Ratjada. It is also a great place for excursions on the island.
Very clean and nice house. Open kitchen makes it feel very spacious. Check in easy and comfortable. Very calm around the house and ocean nearby. Very good. Kitchen equipped with everything you need.
The house is an absolute dream. We felt right at home. The condition is very modern and air-conditioned. We would have loved to stay longer. Joan as host reads your wishes. He is very generous, super friendly and attentive. We thank Joan and will definitely be back.
Das Haus und die Lage ist einfach super!Wenn es jetzt noch einen Pool hätte wäre es unfassbar gut ! Aber alles was Mann braucht vor Ort und es war sehr sauber! Und bei fragen bekam ich immer sofort Antwort.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet , aber der Ortskern ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war immer gut zu erreichen, der Check in war reibungslos. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wir denken sogar an einen Aufenthalt für längere Zeit. Ein Wort: Perfekt

Von der easy Kommunikation mit Joan dem Vermieter und den vielen Informationen, über das tolle, saubere Haus, bis dann am Schluss die einfache Abgabe. Joan ist sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert auf Anfragen umgehend.
Wir hätten es uns nicht besser vorstellen können.

From the easy communication with Joan the landlord and all the information, to the great, clean house, to then at the end the easy departure. Joan is very helpful and responds to requests promptly.
We could not have imagined it better.
Everything was great. Just one small thing: It‘s a little bit annoying that you have to walk so far to get rid of the garbage before you leave. It should be allowed to let the garbage there.
Wenn man 10 Sterne geben könnte, dann wären sie hier vergeben! Die Villa ist absolut top! Die Klimaanlagen im Haus sind super, selbst wenn das Thermometer draußen die 35 Grad überschreitet. Die Lage ist kaum zu glauben, denn man wohnt völlig ruhig vor den Toren von Cala Ratjada und kann frei wählen, ob man sich dem Trubel dort hingeben möchte. Joan ist ein super freundlicher Gastgeber, der alles möglich macht, was geht. Seine Hilfe bei der Restaurantsuche war zum Beispiel perfekt. Check-in und Check-out ebenfalls völlig easy!!! Die San Moll Bucht bietet selbst in der Hochsaison morgens ein perfektes Schwimmvergnügen, und auch das kleine“Wasserloch“ direkt vor der Haustür lässt einen das Mittelmeer genießen, und mit der Schnorchelbrille erstaunliche Vielfalt unter Wasser erleben. Wir sind immer noch völlig begeistert und bedauern das Ende dieses wunderbaren Urlaubs. Nochmals MUCHAS GRACIAS und fürCala Ratjada gibt es für uns ab jetzt nur eine Adresse: Villa caballito de Mar

Joan der Hausbesitzer war sehr nett und hat bei Fragen schnell geantwortet und geholfen. Außerdem haben wir vor der Reise viele Tips für Aktivitäten und Wissenswertes über die Umgebung zugeschickt bekommen.
Das Check-In vor Ort war sehr gut organisiert und alles hat super geklappt. Das Haus war genauso wie es fotografiert ist und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen:)
Schöne Finca. Gute Lage. Beschreibung passte genau. Guter Vermieterkontakt. Schnelle Antwort bei Fragen. Alles vorhanden was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Kann ich nur empfehlen !
Eine wunderschöne Villa (sauber, gepflegt, geräumig und toll ausgestattet) in super Lage. Das Meer in Sicht- und Hörweite und 5 Minuten fußläufig zur Son Moll. Der Kontakt mit Joan war sehr nett und total unkompliziert. Insgesamt perfekt und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Muchas gracias:-)
Diese Unterkunft war schon im Vorfeld durch einen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Joan sehr angenehm. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen.
Ich war mit 3 weiteren Freundinnen in der Finca und wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt! Die Finca war wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Sie lag in Strandnähe und sie war sehr sauber! Auch der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend. Zum Einen konnten wir unser Gepäck schon vor Bezug in der Finca abgeben und wir konnten am Abreisetag noch ein wenig länger in der Finca bleiben, da unser Flug erst um 20 Uhr ging. Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit und werden gerne wiederkommen!
