The 475 m² property extends over 3 floors and includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with underfloor heating, as well as a guest WC, and offers space for 6 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for your home office, TV, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, and dryer. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor, while the living and dining room are on the ground floor.
