I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view that really stood out. Breakfast offered a good variety and was fresh each morning. The cleaning service was consistent and kept everything spotless. I’d definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

We had a good time at this hotel. It was clean But not much to do in the evenings. Food was ok, we took full board which was added with no cost to the nightly rate. You get what you paid for. With a car we were able to drive the island but it is to big so lots of driving time.

Missnöjda med maten men resten FANTASTISKT

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse. Läget är otroligt vid en vacker sandstrand omgiven av ännu vackrare berg. Städningen var toppen och personalen trevlig. Frukosten var bra, men tyvärr levde resten av maten absolut inte upp till förväntan (vi hade all inclusive). Maten vid strandbaren var rent av hemsk. Väldigt välgjorda drinkar dock!

SEHR hellhörig und jeder „Service“ ist kostenpflichtig (bspw. Badetücher, Late Check-Out und Reservierung von Liegen am Pool). Von einem 4-Sterne-Haus sollte all dies ohne Extra-Zahlung angeboten werden. Zudem war eine Abdunkelung des Zimmers ab Sonnenaufgang quasi unmöglich. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, sodass wir fast jeden Abend in einen anderen Ort gefahren sind (ein Mietwagen ist wärmstens zu empfehlen). Hierfür kann das Hotel jedoch nichts. Wir werden sicher nicht wiederkommen. Positiv war dennoch der sehr saubere und schöne Strandabschnitt und das zuvorkommende und gründliche Reinigungspersonal.

Direkt am Strand (Strand aber mit grauen Sand und Kiesel). Personal ist unglaublich freundlich - die waren wirklich TOP ♥️ - Animation (Sport, Angebot für Kinder) gab es nicht (wir dürften ins Nebenhotel Universal Laguna gehen - Animateur Victor dort war total unhöfflich, grob, faul und frech, nie zu finden gewesen und am Ende hat mich angeschriehen). Beim All In Angebot viele Getränke, sogar Latte Macchiatto, waren nicht inkludiert. Für 4* Hotel finde ich es komisch, dass man für Liegen und Strandhandtücher bezahlen musste. Diese Kleinigkeiten haben den Eindruck vom Hotel verschlechtert.

Schönes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten waren leider echt nicht gemütlich. Die Bäder sind nicht ganz auf dem neusten Stand, z.B. hatte unsere Dusche nie eine konstante Temperatur. Der Pool ist groß, aber nicht wahnsinnig aufregen, gerade für Kinder. Das Personal gibt sich viel Mühe und alle waren sehr nett. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut. Etwas unangenehm ist, dass für Strandliegen, Poolliegen und Handtücher extra gezahlt werden muss. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, gut für Familienurlaub oder Seniorentrips. Ein Strand ist direkt vor der Tür, weitere sehr schöne Strände sind in nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Supermärkte und kleine Restaurants sind auch direkt vor der Tür.
