I booked at Clumba but was upgraded to the hotel next door - 5-star Serrano Palace which was fantastic! Very grateful for this upgrade as everything was immaculate - the service and staff were most friendly, the food (with the exception of the fish, unfortunately too dry) was great. The hotel itself is superb with spacious rooms, amazing views over San Moll beach and great music after dinner. Overall I can’t thank Serrano Palace enough for this experience, couldn’t have been better. Ps: for light sleepers definitely bring ear plugs as it gets a bit noisy at night.

Für ein drei Sterne Hotel war es sehr gut,aber die Standardzimmer schon recht klein,es fehlte ein kleiner Kühlschrank.

Great stay right on Son Moll

We had a great time during our stay in Cala Ratjada! We booked a room at hotel Clumba, which is part of a group of hotels (Serrano Hotels). Our flight was very delayed (3am!), but they were very kind and accommodating when we arrived. We were upgraded to their sister hotel Serrano Palace, which is a 1 minute walk. The staff was so friendly and the facilities were excellent. We spent most of our time on the beach, but also enjoyed the spa and the rooftop pool (€15 charge is worth it). Our stay included breakfast and dinner. Both were excellent. We would definitely stay at Hotel Clumba or another hotel in the Serrano Group again.

Sehr motiviertes Hotelteam und engagierte Köche! Gute Lage, direkt am Strand, am Ende der Straße, mit Garten und Pool, Hotel ist nicht zu groß, Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig, kleine Terasse bietet die Möglichkeit draußen zu essen, allerdings zur Straßenseite, doch für den Preis ist das ok! Weinauswahl passt gut

Freundliches, gemütliches und überschaubares Hotel

5 Nächte/6 Tage Aufenthalt mit Halbpension im Oktober; Hotel liegt neben schönem Sandstrand Son Moll der zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht zu überlaufen war; die Zimmer sind nicht übermässig groß aber durchaus gemütlich mit Balkon mit Blick zum Strand; das Personal ist durchaus bemüht und freundlich und gerne bereit ein kleines Pläuschen zu führen; das Frühstück ist Standard (warm und ausgiebieg mit Eiern, Speck, getoasteten Broten, Wurst usw. wobei Kaffee vom Nestle-Automaten und Säfte künstlich); Abendessen ist hervorragend (Mariscos (z.B. Katzenhai oder Calamares), Chefkoch persönlich am Grill, typische spanische Gerichte wie Paella oder überbackene Tomaten, viele Fleichgerichte, aber auch einiges an Gemüse, Nachspeisen gut aber nicht außergewöhnlich). An der Strandpromande reihen sich Tapas-Bars und Restaurants mit Blick aufs Meer; Ausflüge und Wanderungen auf gut beschildertem Wanderweg möglich; Busanschlüsse ins Landesinnere direkt vor Haustür.

Hotel bien ubicado, pero un poco antiguo

Lo mejor del hotel que está justo al lado de una cala, el personal estupendo, pero le hace falta una buena reforma. La habitación no está mal, los colchones están bien. El desayuno y cena ... poca variedad, las bebidas no están incluidas y se pagan aparte. La piscina pequeñita, lo peor la hora a la que la cierran, a las 19h. Los horarios del comedor estan adaptadosadaptados a los alemanes, desayuno hasta las 10 y cena hasta las 21h. No obstante la relación calidad precio sí es buena. Sí podría repetir, aunque a priori buscaría algún hotel más moderno

Hotel war überbucht. Waren eine Reisegruppe von 10 Personen und sollten auf 2 Hotels aufgeteilt werden. Würde nie mehr das Hotel buchen :-(

Zentraler Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen, ein Leihwagen ist je nach Reisegrund oder auch Reisezeit absolut empfehlenswert. Relativ schnell gelangt man an viele schöne Orte in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Klimaanlage

Der Kunde wird bzgl. Der Klimaanlage betrogen. Das Hotel reguliert zentral die Anlage. Sie wird nachts um 03.00 ausgestellt und erst um 14.00 wieder angestellt. Auf Nachfrage hat der Hoteldirektor Toni!!!!!!!!! Nur gesagt das er es der Zentrale mitteilt. Es ist ein Betrug an Kunden!!!!!!!!! Ich habe das Hitel nur wegen der Klimaanlage gebucht. Und zu guter letzt habe ich ihnen eine Mail geschickt und sie kümmern sich überhaupt nicht um ihre Kunden. Bin sehr enttäuscht!!!!!!!

Hotel in Strandnähe

Erste Zimmer war katastrophal, Lärm von der gegenüber liegenden Bar bis 3 Uhr, danach gegen Aufpreis von 104 Euro für 8 Tage super Zimmer. Bei der Buchung war in der Zimmerbeschreibung Meerblick, Save etc. enthalten. Bei der Nachberechnung vor Ort deshalb einziger Negativpunkt.

No suelo valorar los hoteles y sé que debería hacerlo para los futuros huéspedes y por eso recomiendo absolutamente éste hotel el trato del personal es una pasada son amables simpaticos y capacitados la limpieza perfecta buffet muy bueno y variado.. en conclusión lo recomiendo.
