Nice hotel and close to the beach

Fantastic break we had, food and ambience were so nice.All staff were very friendly, specially Juana in the restaurant .

Ziemlich abgewohnt, Lage in Ordnung

Das Canyamel Classic besitzt den Charme der 80er Jahre, die Lage in zweiter Reihe zum Strand geht in Ordnung, viele Erwartungen an Komfort sollte man allerdings nicht haben. Essen ist nur teilweise genießbar, da könnte man noch einiges machen. Eine Sauna existiert - im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung - nicht, WLAN gibt es nur in der Bar (oder wenn man viel Glück hat auf einem günstig gelegenen Balkon).

Schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal in guter direkter Strandlage. Es ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber wie uns mitgeteilt wurde, steht eine Modernisierung an. Wir würden hier nochmal buchen, da das Gesamtpaket für einen Urlaub in einer relativ ruhigen Lage auf Mallorca stimmte.

Ruhiges kleines hotel in strandnähe

Das Personal war sehr nett, die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das hotel ist nicht zu überlaufen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gute, zentrale Lage, toller Blick vom Balkon

Als wir spät abends im Hotel angekommen sind wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Nachdem wir in unser Zimmer im 5.Stock kamen, mussten wir feststellen, dass kein Bettzeug und Handtücher für die 3.Person vorhanden waren. Auch stellte sich das Schlafsofa für die 3.Erwachsene Person als zu kurz raus. Durch kurze Mitteilung an der Rezeption wurde uns aber umgehend das Bettzeug gebracht. Allerdings war der Kissenbezug zu klein für das Inlett. Das gebuchte Frühstück war gut, es war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool, den wir nur am späten Nachmittag besuchten, erwies sich als zu klein. Zuwenig Liegen bzw. Stühle und leider fehlte auch eine Servicekraft, die die leeren Tassen und Gläser der All-Inclusive-Gäste beiseite räumt. Da es manche alleine nicht schafften und die Gläser teilweise sogar mit den in OPOool nahmen oder Ihre Gläser am Beckenrand vom Pool abstellten. Aufgrund der vielen Kinder eigentlich ein No Go. Auch kam es uns so vor, dass die Tische draußen am Pool- und Barbereich nicht abgeräumt und gesäubert wurden. So war es am späten nachmittag nur bedingt möglich sich für einen Kaffe o.ä. an einen einigermaßen sauberen Tisch zu setzen. Vielleicht hatten wir in der Woche ja auch nur Pech mit dem Publikum. Wenn dieses Manko nicht gewesen wäre würden wir das Hotel jedoch weiterempfehlen. Allerdings sind 4 Sterne sehr hoch gegriffen. (Auch in Bezug auf die vorhandenen Möbel im Zimmer) Matratzen waren gut, allerdings waren die Spannbettlaken zu klein und schon sehr dünn.
