Enjoy a stay in this wonderful apartment facing the sea in Cala Ratjada.



The apartment is located in the best restaurant area of the town, as well as very close to basic services. The closest beach is the small Cala de Na Ferradura, with rocks and sand, although after a short walk you can reach the fantastic beach of Cala Gat. On the other hand, the Capdepera golf course is only 7 km from the property.



This magnificent apartment is located in the port of Cala Ratjada, right in front of the sea. Its dimensions are 115m2 of housing and 132 of terrace, making a total of 128m2. From the terrace you can contemplate the wonderful views over the sea and the coast/mountains, while privacy is guaranteed when tanning on the sun loungers or enjoying meals in the open air.



The Bellavista Puerto 3º apartment stands out for its luminosity and for the good taste when it comes to decorating it. It is located on the second floor of a 3-storey building. Right at the entrance we find a dining room equipped with Satellite-TV, from where we can continue contemplating the blue of the sea. It has a large independent kitchen, which has a ceramic hob. It also includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The first bedroom has a double bed of 160x210cm. There is another bedroom with a 160x210cm bed. The third has a 180x210cm bed. The three rooms have satellite TV, air conditioning / heat pump and one of them has access to the terrace. In addition, the apartment has two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The equipment is completed by a cot and a high chair in case you travel with your baby.

- Electricity consumption is not included in the price and must be paid at the end of the stay. The price is €0.25/Kw.



- On the day of arrival, a €500 deposit will be blocked on your credit card, which will be automatically returned between 10 and 15 days after the date of departure on the same card.
