The dining room stands out for its high ceilings with exposed beams, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the year. In winter, the house can have optional central heating; and in summer, you can cool the main areas with air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom corridor.
The dining area is perfect for family gatherings, and the American bar connects with the kitchen, very practical for serving and sharing.
