You can have a drink and a meal right on the beach.
It's very safe.
The airport shuttle service works very well and is included in the room price.
The service is friendly but a bit slow.
I've stayed at other hotels in Cap-Haïtien, and this is definitely the best."

"The Beau Rivage was a very local hotel. The staff spoke very little English, which is something to be aware of if you don't speak French. The staff were very friendly, but didn't know much about getting around; how to arrange a visit to La Citadelle or the buses to the Dominican Republic. I went to another hotel to arrange this. The reception was a mess with wilted flowers and outdated posters, and the carpet in my room was so dirty I rolled it up in the corner.
