El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno.
La habitación es muy bonita y el colchón es comodísimo, no hemos notado nada de ruido.
Además está super céntrico, hemos podido ir paseando al centro de Ciudadela y al lado del hotel hay un parking.

"Excellent villa in a lovely small resort with friendly, professional staff and great amenities. Great air con and good living space with 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. Pool was lovely. Very convenient location for marina and beach. One point: could not contact resort via hotels.com (email or phone) but once I googled and found a direct email address the resort contacted me regularly by WhatsApp."

"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "This place will stay in my memory for a long time, a fantastic place, the whole city is unforgettable, and the hotel is in a very good location, very clean. "Amazing trip LAGO really go the extra mile to make guests feel special (they decorated the room for a birthday surprise, with balloons and complimentary wine). We went half board this time and it was well worth it , the food is delicious and beautifully presented.
Everything is so clean and well kept with a really chill laid back vibe.
The pool and DJ was great and the Saturday night entertainment by the pool fabulous.

"We have traveled all over Europe and stayed at some of the nicest hotels. This was by far the best. From the front desk, allowing us to check in several hours early and even a beautiful upgrade we couldn’t ask her more. The service around the entire hotel is perfect. The rooms are stunning. The backdrop, the view cannot even be described in photos. The breakfast was amazing. You can’t even finish the entire buffet in three or four days. They have an amazing mimosa bar as well as a bloody Mary bar. We had lunch at the beachfront restaurant and it was simply delightful. I don’t know what more I could say, but if you are headed to Cala Galdana, this is the only place to stay. It is worth every penny."
