My stay was disappointing. The room facilities were too basic and far below standard. Having to use a shared bathroom and toilet outside the room was a significant drawback, affecting both convenience and privacy. This setup is not suitable for travelers expecting the comfort of a private ensuite.

The staff is incredibly helpful and the customer service is amazing.

Had a decent stay at this hotel. It is pretty close to Taipei Main Station, and as soon as you walk in, there's a self-check in terminal to get your room key. There's also a front desk if you'd prefer to check in at reception. The room itself was decent, had good a/c, and was clean. Breakfast was paid in advance and it was your standard Taiwan continental-style breakfast, complete with several different choices for bread, plus fruits and salad, as well. What I didn't enjoy was having to clean my own table and carry my tray to the other side of the room when I was finished eating. I'm a guest - not an employee, and this shouldn't a responsibility of the guest. Overall, I would consider staying here again simply for the location and price.

I’ve stayed here before and liked it because it’s clean, close to Beimen station and places to eat. I think the front desk is staffed 24 hours. That helped with dropping off luggage early in the morning.
