"The room was clean and the hotel staff was incredibly gracious. Every staff member we encountered was able to communicate in Italian and English. The food in the restaurant was amazingly good. We had aperitifs at the bar and dined in the restaurant several nights during our stay. The staff was very hospitable and the drinks and food were always great. "

"Staff nice and courteous. No milk for cup of tea in room. None available in hotel (out of date) but if there was we would have to pay extra. I bought milk from a supermarket."

"Liked: Nice restaurant, close to the outlet. Disliked: At night you can hear any noise from the neighboring rooms; we spent half the night listening to the neighbors and some equipment working in the hotel kitchen. Poor breakfast."
