One-bedroom flat located on the 3rd floor of a building with lift, only 150mt from the beach. It can host up to five guests. The property consists of a spacious balcony with partial sea view and awning, an open plan kitchenette, a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double plus a bunk bed, and a complete bathroom with shower. It comes with one covered parking space, and a reserved beach place (1 umbrella, 1 deck chair, 1 sunbed). *A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
