At arrival hotel refused to provide access to their parking area with the hotel reception staff stating it was full even though there were empty spaces clearly visible. At end of day we were able to access their parking but to my surprise even though the parking was advertised as free/part of hotel room payment during check out the hotel forced payment for each day stating that because we booked with expedia the parking was not free. The check-in staff was not very helpful when questions arose and became agitated when asked to explain the final bill. The hotel restaurant was disappointing as the food was mediocre. Hotel bar was average but does have a nice view of the beach and walkway. Another suprirse was that the beach chairs/umbrella were not included in hotel room price. On the up side, the hotel room was clean and well kept with the exception of the air unit which made a lot of noise during the night. The cleaning staff were very professional and should be praised. The beach area was nice. View from room was excellent. Overall Caorle is a nice area but you may want to research more hotels before making a decision about this one.

Wonderful home away from home.
Everything was lovely, the hotel, the breakfast, the room. The mattresses in our room were on the hard side, we had a double bed and a bed sofa. After I checked out I locked my keys in the car and the hotel staff were very helpful even while they had long lines of arriving guests. They let us charge our phones and use the washroom while we waited for the car service and I appreciate their friendliness.

Das Service Personal war sehr freundlich und ist auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen, sehr nett. Beim Zimmerservice (Putzkraft) war es etwas merkwürdig, da wir manchmal nur 1 gr. und 2 kl. Handtücher bekommen haben oder Mal nur 3 kleine, oder Mal 1 Bademantel und 1 gr. Handtuch also etwas komisch. In der Türkischen sauna gehen die Handbrausen nicht und bei der Sauna ob wohl diese bis 20 Uhr geöffnet ist wurde sie ab ca. 18 Uhr nicht mehr geheizt, und meiner Meinung nach ist der Spa kein Spielplatz für kleine Kinder die ins Becken springen und mit Taucherbrille Akrobatik im Schwimmbecken machen... Beachten es befindet sich eine Videokamera im Spa Bereich.

Am ersten Tag wurde unser Zimmer komplett vergessen sauber zu machen. Sonst jeden Tag war etwas dreckig unterm Bett, die Decken, der Balkon, die Dusche es wurde einfach nicht richtig gereinigt und als wir etwas gesagt haben war die Putzfrau super unfreundlich. Frühstück war lecker und auch sehr viel für Italien. Hier war das Personal super nett.

Das Zimmer für 4 Personen war ok aber doch mit 22m knapp. Ein Kleiderschrank ohne Fächer! Nur zum hängen mit 3 Mini Schubladen ist schon für 2 Personen zu wenig. Da kann man nur noch stapeln. Frühstück zwar großes Angebot aber typisch italienische „Qualität“. Es ist Hauptsaison, es war daher entsprechend voll.

Wir sind zwei Reisende aus Österreich. Aufgrund der Bilder bei denen das Hotel top modern wirkt und dem Fakt das das Hotel einen Provatstrand besitzt haben wir uns für dieses entschied. Im Hotel angekommen wurden wir relativ unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass Buchungen über Expedia von Sonderleistungen wie zum Beispiel liegen am Strand ausgenommen sind. Dies war aber niergends ersichtlich! Ärgerlich da fehlen einem 10€ pro Tag mit denen man nicht geplant hat. Das Frühstück war auch relativ enttäuschend, auf den Bildern sieht man einen großen Balkon mit Meer Block usw aber eigentlich passen auf den Balkon beim Frühstück genau 4 Tische und die sind meistens besetzt. Der größte Teil dieser Terasse gehört dem Hotel nebenan. Die Qualität beim Frühstück war mangelhaft, es gab auch wenig Obst jeden Tag ein anderes frisches und sonst nur warme weiche Bananen und Äpfel! Von weichem Brot haben die auch noch nie was gehört, das Gebäck ist so hart, dass ich damit wen erschlagen könnte! Der Kaffee ist untrinkbar schmeck nach Milchpulver . Das beste am Frühstück sind die Pancakes, die sind allerdings gekauft. Das Frühstück ist bis 9:45 aber ab 9:00 gibts meistens nichts frisches mehr. Nur noch eine kleine Info für die, die glauben sie springen quasi aus dem Hotel ins Meer, dass geht nicht das Meer ist 150-200 Meter weit weg (vom Hotel zum Wasser). Die Zimmer sind schön und immer gereinigt worden, die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut! Danke fürs lesen hoffe ich konnte weiter helfen !

Das Hotel liegt perfekt am Strand, Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es nur am Hotelparkplatz, sonst gibt es in der Umgebung kaum freie Plätze. Das Personal war aber extrem hilfreich und zuvorkommend und hat einen Parkplatz für uns ermöglicht. Vielfältiges Frühstück

Das Hotel ist ganz schön, Zimmer sind gut! Leider war das Frühstück sehr schlecht. Auch den Service fand ich nur mittelmäßig. Ich hatte kurz nach der Anreise nach einem 2. Kissen gefragt, das wollte man mir zukommen lassen. Leider hat man das wohl vergessen. Grundsätzlich aber ein schöner Ort, um Urlaub zu machen.

Nice room but service could be better
We spent 3 nights in the hotel. The room was nice with a great view and a big shower. Check-in wasn't very nice : the lady did not explain anything, she took our IDs and driver's license and just put it behind her without an explanation, we had to tell her we were gonna need them to drive so she did her paperwork and gave them back to us. We enjoyed the 2 hour free bikes, but when we tried to go to the pool and the spa they were filthy : a plastic glove and a lot of leaves were floating in the pool, and there was a tissue in the spa. We didn't feel the service was worth 4star.

Gentile signore, purtroppo il servizio spiaggia quest'anno ha dovuto scontare l'obbligo del distanziamento e non c'erano ombrelloni per tutti. E' stato difficile anche per i bagnini. Ci auguriamo che per la stagione 2021 le cose migliorino.

Pro: Hotel pulito e spazioso, comodissimo per andare in spiaggia. Contro: -Non risponde mai nessuno al telefono, ed abbiamo notato questo confrontandoci anche con altri ospiti. -L'hotel ha una spiaggia privata, i cui ombrelloni sono di continuo prenotati sovrapponendo le camere. Ci siamo trovati con altre persone che avevano il nostro stesso numero di ombrellone, ed abbiamo visto lo stesso accadere almeno ad una mezza dozzina di persone, causando disagio e tempo perso nel quale non godersi appieno la vacanza.

Ha ragione sig. Andrea sulla difficoltà a trovare un operatore al telefono, quest'anno ricevevamo almeno 150 telefonate all'ora nei momenti di punta e anche se ad un ospite veniva risposto ce n'erano altri 4 che trovavano la linea libera ma nessuno rispondeva. Potenzieremo il servizio del call center. La spiaggia è capitato che che partisse non lasciava l'ombrellone e il giorno di partenza/arrivo l'ombrellone fosse occupato da due soggetti diversi, anche li faremo potenziare i controlli al Consorzio che gestisce per conto degli alberghi la spiaggia. Grazie per le critiche costruttive ci aiutano a migliorare

Accoglienza sgradevole (uomo con occhiali e completo azzurro) con servizio lettino a pagamento. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno detto che non avrebbero saputo dirci l’orario esatto per poter entrare in stanza. Stanza bella ma il terzo letto, nonostante avessimo specificato che eravamo il 3 adulti era da bambino, senza piumino e scomodo. Se avessimo deciso di rimanere anche oggi c’erano da pagare €5,00 di parcheggio €10,00 di ombrellone. Cosa scandalosa, il servizio deposito bagagli era incustodito e ci poteva entrare chiunque perché non veniva registrati i bagagli attraverso un ticket di riconoscimento e anche il ritiro abbiamo dovuto fare tutto in autonomia senza supervisione. Da un quattro stelle superior ci Saremmo aspettate cortesia e tipologia di servizi Differenti. La spesa non ne vale assolutamente la pena, non torneremo.

Vorremmo solo precisare che l'addetto alla reception non era in grado di stabilire l'orario esatto di consegna delle chiavi perché nel caso in cui come ha fatto Lei gli ospiti arrivano prima dell'orario stabilito si deve attendere che il cliente precedente lasci la stanza e la stessa venga riassettata e sanificata. Non voleva assolutamente essere scortese e nemmeno darLe un'informazione inesatta. Se decide di ritornare ci avvisi prima del Suo arrivo e con piacere cercheremo di farLe trovare la stanza pronta anche se arriva prima dell'orario solitamente indicato per il check in. Per quanto concerne il terzo letto dobbiamo precisare che sono tutti standard e non a misura di bimbo ma adulto. I supplementi per alcuni servizi in questo portale sono a pagamento e vengono indicati nella pagina delle informazioni oltre che nella conferma spedita dal portale

Es war alles mehr als ok. Das Zimmer bzw die Ausstatung sauber und modern. Das Frühstück ausreichend, Personal Top, Privatparkplatz 2 Blöcker weiter im freien aber Videoüberwacht. NUR wenn wir einen Aufpreis bezahlen für Panoramablick ist das Zimmer 220 eine FRECHHEIT, direkt vor dem Balkon steht ein prachtvoller Baum wodurch der Weitblick auf das Meer 1 Meter reichte.

Anundfürsich ist das Hotel sehr schön, hatte aber ein winziges Zimmer im Nebenhaus. Wurde täglich ab 6.30 mit Musik geweckt. War auch das Mitarbeiterhaus. Sehr laut und stickig, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war

Grazie per il Suo prezioso feedback. Ci dispiace che ci abbia scritto solo dopo la partenza che la stanza prenotata ed assegnata era per Lei troppo piccola. Se ha modo di vedere nel nostro sito ci sono diverse tipologie di stanze con diverse metrature e di sicuro ne trova una che fa al caso Suo. Se abbiamo la possibilità possiamo proporre all'ospite camere alternative. Il nostro motto è cercare di soddisfare tutte le richieste dei nostri ospiti. Ci scusi se qualcuno dello staff ai piani ha bussato alla Sua porta. Per evitare questo disturbo invitiamo i nostri ospiti di attaccare il cartellino 'non disturbare' alla porta ed una volta usciti girarlo dal lato ' prego rifare la camera'. Quando ritorna e non trova il cartello appena citato che avviso lo staff quando l'ospite non vuole essere disturbato ci avvisi che glielo portiamo subito
