When I wanted to call the hotel to tell them that we arrive late at night, I could not reach the hotel on the phone. There was an automatic voice saying that the call is forwarded, but nothing happened. Neither the phone number provided in the booking, nor the phone numbers on the webpage of the hotel worked. Fortunately, Expedia could confirm that a) the booking was confirmed by the hotel b) late arrival is possible until 11pm. In addition, I wrote an Email to the hotel during our next stop/break. I appreciate very much that they called back, telling us a possibility to drive to the hotel after 8pm, when most traffic through Caorle is blocked. So everything was fine in the end. Still my feed-back to the hotel would be that they should double check their forwarding system for phone calls. This will make life easier for future guests trying to reach the hotel on the day of arrival :-)

Sehr schönes 4-Bett-Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer, sehr sauber, zentrale Lage, Nachts etwas laut (laute Musik in der gegenüberliegenden Bar). Leider kein Depot für Badesachen/Luftmatratzen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker, jedoch platzmäßig nicht ideal bzw. sehr eng aufgebaut.

Jag reste själv i norra Italien och bodde på Hotell Austria i två nätter. Kom till hotellet före ordinarie incheckning men fick tillgång till rummet direkt och receptionisterna var under hela min vistelse supertrevliga och hjälpsamma, precis som övrig personal jag stötte på! Helt okej frukost och fräscht men enkelt rum. Allt som allt ett superbra hotell om man inte letar efter ett hotell av lyxigare slag.

Härliga nätter i Caorle

Väldigt trevlig personal, härligt nyrenoverat rum och badrum med utsikt över havet. Smidigt att man fick sina egna solstolar vid havet som man behöll hela vistelsen. God frukost med stort utbud av färsk skuren frukt. Man kunde smidigt få en bra kaffe från baren till frukosten.

Nicht ganz neu aber gepflegt und sauber.

Als Kurzurlaub mit Bademöglichkeit geplant und gefunden. Hotel insgesamt schon etwas älter und in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr nett und mein Bad neu gemacht. Bis auf den etwas abseits liegenden Parkplatz sehr gut. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse angemessen und gut. Der Sandstrand in unmittelbarer Nähe und leicht erreichbar. Die Innenstadt ebenso um die Ecke. Abends etwas unruhig aber alles im Rahmen. Ich konnte gut entspannen und abschalten. Gerne wieder dort, wenn ich nach Caorle komme und Strand will.

Sonne, Strand und Meer - hier wunderbar erleben

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand ist für Sonne-, Meer- und Strandurlauber ideal. Das Auto ist ca. einem km entfernt auf einem bewachten Parkplatz. Wer viel Ausflüge mit dem Auto machen möchte, muss daher überlegen, hier abzusteigen. Alle anderen: hervorragender Service und Freundlichkeit, Zimmer und Frühstück okay, Preis-/Leistung auch gut.

Ein bisschen mehr darfs sein.

Das Hotel hält zwar was es verspricht aber teilweise ungenügend. Der Weg vom Pakplatz zum Hotel sind doch einige hundert Meter und das Bad ohne Duschwanne gleicht eher einer einzigen Badewanne. Es gab im Zimmer kaum die Möglichkeit nasse Handtücher und Bekleidung aufzuhängen und trocknen zu lassen. Leider sind die Wände sehr dünn und man hört jeden Spülvorgang aus den Nebenzimmern laut. Für drei Sterne sollte ein wenig mehr drinnen sein!
