The hotel was beautiful! The staff was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was incredible! So many different options and very tasty. Then they allowed us to keep our bags there during the day after checking out. They had a private side room with a shower that we could use so we were fresh for our next adventure. Highly recommend this place.

This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.

Very comfy beds, excellent staff, great breakfast, great size room for 3 people. Only drawback is that mezzanine floor room that was allocated to us didn’t have a proper window. They showed us alternative rooms but they were too tiny for 3 of us. So the staff tried their best I must admit. We decided to stay on the same floor due to the size of the room. Also we were out most of the time so it didn’t really matter. Quan the front office manager, Bobby, Drake they were all very very helpful. Excellent service from all staff. Very welcoming indeed
