"Great spaces for gathering, and comfy couches and beds, good hot water, easy parking. Also, the house stayed wonderfully cool in a long heatwave!Two little walks nearby, and lots more within short and medium drives. The kitchen could use a little updating in terms of pans and stove but nothing that stopped us from cooking every day - and there is a great new gas grill. Hot tub was huge and the washer and dryers were great. Host recommended Silver Lake park which we never would have found on our own and was a great family spot."

"Quaint cabin is as advertised. Coffee set up is greatly appreciated. Owners are very easy to work with and responsive. Grocery store, convenience store, coffee shop, within walking distance. Easy access to the Mt. Baker area. Lucked out with the weather and got to watch a beautiful sunrise from the loft/bedroom. "
"Had a great stay, would recommend to a friend, and would stay again in the future.Photos are accurate, good location, clean.Only complaint I had is that our dog's toe got stuck in holes of he grate in the stair steps up to the front door a couple of times and got a minor injury. Although a pet friendly place, not pet friendly porch steps."

"The Knotty Lodge is absolutely stunning, way nicer than the photos. The location is perfect, close to recreation and hiking and on a very quiet spacious lot tucked into the Glacier Springs neighborhood. We enjoyed the local hikes, restaurants and swimming hole. The dogs had a wonderful stay with dog beds and bowls provided. Kids had such a great time playing outside and they spent little time on there devices, however the wifi was super fast. Can’t wait to come back in the winter to ski. "

"We had a lovely stay. The cabin has 4 bedrooms so the adult couples each had their own room and our 16yr old could have his own room, while my daughter and niece shared the bunk bed room. The location is great and the drive to Mt Baker Ski resort is about 30 minutes. If you are familiar with the area then you know you can't get much closer, because most of the drive is in National Forest. The living area is small, but cozy and there is a full size dining room table. The backyard space looks like it will be great in the summer and my sister and the kids hiked from the cabin down to the river. We would definitely return here. "
