Kick up your feet in this welcoming and stylish home nestled in one of the quiet neighborhoods of Canyon Lake!
With 2 king and 2 queen beds, an open kitchen and living space, a firepit and grill in the backyard, high-speed Wi-Fi, and multiple TVs with access to your favorite streaming services, this is the perfect place to relax when you're not boating on the lake, floating the Guadalupe river, enjoying a near-by park, or dining at one of the great local restaurants.
Note: No parties or events are allowed at this home.
Home Details: Just inside the front door you'll find an open kitchen, dinning and living room area on the 1st and only floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to entertain and cook for your friends and family. To the left is a hallway that will take you to either the master king bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower or another king bedroom that's likewise stylishly decorated. Heading back out to the main living area another door will be found that leads to an oversized bedroom with matching queen beds. Making your way to the back of the house leads past a large laundry room gallery and finally access to the back patio. In the evenings turn on the entertainment lights, gather around the firepit, enjoy the outdoor sitting areas, and cook dinner on the charcoal grill to cap things off! Parking is plentiful and can accommodate many vehicles as well as a boat and trailer, but if you do run out of room there's street parking nearby. And after letting yourself into the home, the entire place is yours to enjoy except for 2 locked supply closets.
Check-In and Other Important Information: In this age of technology, it is no longer necessary for guests to directly interact with the property owners in person. After booking is confirmed, all the information guests need to gain access to the house and enjoy their stay will be shared, including the main-door key code and internet Wi-Fi password. However, if a situation does arise, assistance is always available via email/messaging or phone if help is needed.
Get to Know Canyon Lake: Canyon Lake is surrounded by rolling hills that are spotted with homes of all shapes and sizes that sit above the many water-front parks and water recreational areas. The main roadways that circle the lake and connect all the major lake areas are lined with restaurants, bait-and-tackle shops, cliff walls, bars, and water recreational businesses. Canyon Lake has a relaxing feel and pace to it, but everyone can enjoy the lake at their own speed. Being that Canyon Lake is a somewhat rural area, personal vehicles are the primary mode of transportation. Ride-sharing solutions such as Uber / Lyft are available in the peak summer season, but might be limited during the winter months. Don't forget to bring your golf cart to explore the neighborhoods!
Location Information: Centrally located on the south side of Canyon Lake in the Startzville peninsula, this house is super close to all the fun! Comal Park and the closest boat ramp are only 5 minutes away (1.6 miles), and multiple lake parks, marinas, fishing spots, and tackle shops can be found in under 10-15 minutes. The famous Whitewater Amphitheater music venue and Guadalupe River Horseshoe area tubing experiences are just under 15 minutes away. Startz Cafe, Gennaro's Trattoria, and Bare Bull BBQ, some of the most highly rated restaurants of the lake, are only 2 minutes from the house. If cooking is your thing, Lowe's Market is just 10 minutes away for all your grocery needs as well as a Dollar General and similar stores. New Braunfels, Gruene hall, Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Guadalupe/Comal River tubing are just under a 30 minutes drive. The San Marcos Premium Outlets are a 40 minutes drive. And lastly, Wimberly is only 40 minutes away, San Antonio at 50 minutes, and South Austin at 1 hr 10 minutes.

The home was very clean and kitchen well stocked. The space was laid out very well. The only negative, the beds were all harder than rocks. All 4 beds were so hard, we may as well have slept on tile floor.
