House sits a on 1/2 an acre with fire pit and a cover patio with smart TV for entertaining outside while you BBQ and sip on your favorite drink. House is only 5 minutes from Overlook Park, Guadalupe River trail 3 minutes away, Guadalupe River Tubbing 2 miles and Whitewater Amphitheater 2 1/2 miles, 20 minutes to Wibberley and Gruene. Several marked hiking trails near house.
