  • This large 5 bedroom home by Canyon lake has a guest house in the back , very large spacious outdoor patio. Sleeps up to 12 guests at a time. This home has probably one of the largest privately owned arcades near the lake all free to play in a large theater theme game room , perfect for kids. In addition this home is extremely close to Canyon Lake and only 1/2 mile to the Turkey Cove boat ramp and neighborhood pool as well as 1 mile to the lakes HOA lake access gate , and 4 miles to the Horseshoe on The Guadeloupe River one of the most popular tubing spots on the river. This home is on a 1/2 acre of land where deer can often be seen roaming and offers nearly 2000 sq ft of space with its additional guest house in the back section of the property allowing for addition guest space. This property is well suited for large groups of friends or family. Come enjoy one of the most beautiful parts of Texas. Message me for special deals and discounts. Property was fun and clean. Our teenage boys LOVED the arcade part, it entertained itself. Also loved that we had access to the pool, which was right around the corner from where we stayed. We are also from east Texas, so the deer was so cool to feed and see up close!!!

Our stay way unforgettable. The home was absolutely gorgeous and the surroundings matched the home. The host was very attentive and respectfully responded to every message in a timely manner. What an amazing house and location! The host really provides everything you need to cook and stay with ease. The house is beautifully decorated and of course all the games in game room and in backyard make for a wonderful and fun experience. Lots of parking and Checkout was easy with a minimal to do list which was so nice. We will definitely try to book this property again. We had 12 in our group and we all fit comfortably. Host was amazing and very responsive. Thank you for a great weekend!!

Family friendly, alot of entertainment! Close to about everything but far enough out and by the lake for a relaxing stay the kids absolutely loved. Kitchen well stocked/equipped. Just a great place, will be back!

What a great house! It is clean and thoughtfully put together. Big spacious back yard, quiet neighborhood. The arcade was a hit with both the adults and the kids. Very nostalgic for me. Overall, one of my favorite rentals. Steve is a fantastic host, very accommodating and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Definitely book this home if looking for a place in canyon lake..access to lake and near by pool. Home was clean enough room to sleep 13. Host was very attentive and kind.

The stay was absolutely perfect. We were able to plan everything based off the photos. The house was super clean. The host was very communicative and beyond nice. Versatile spot

We were only a 20 min drive from Gruene, natural bridge caverns and the Comal River. The Guadalupe horseshoe loop float was only a 10 min drive. The pool was well kept and fun thing to do.

Perfect family getaway

Every aspect of this home was absolutely perfect. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming, we couldn't get enough of the arcade. While we were there the lake was really low limiting alot of the activities we'd had planned. However the home more than fulfilled our itinerary. From the arcade tonthe deer to the community pool, we loved every minute of our little getaway.

Steven was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed for our week long stay. He went above and beyond and was very quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family. The boys loved the entertainment room and arcade games. They also had lots of fun in the nice backyard feeding and naming all the deer. The location seemed to be central to all the places we wanted to go. There is so much to do in the area. We would definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be back!
