    Enjoy the peaceful country atmosphere and quiet surroundings. Just an hour from San Antonio and 30 minutes to New Braunfels and Gruene, you'll have plenty of outdoor fun and local attractions nearby.

    Whether you're here to explore or simply recharge, this charming getaway offers the perfect escape to enjoy the beauty of the Texas Hill Country

    Perfect for any getaway!

    ★ The Space ★

    This charming suite is located on the first floor of the back building, offering a cozy and well-appointed space for your stay. It comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing retreat.

    To help make your stay more enjoyable, we provide complimentary makeup remover wipes, travel-size sunscreen, and mouthwash. An initial supply of paper towels and toilet paper is also included. For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional supplies once the provided stock is exhausted.

    ★ Outdoor Recreation & Shared Amenities ★

    Your stay includes access to a variety of shared recreational amenities available on a first-come, first-served basis:

    • 4 Stand-Up Paddle Boards (SUPs)
    • 2 Adult Bicycles
    • Giant Jenga Game
    • Life Jackets
    • Paddles
    • Electric and Hand Pumps for SUP Boards

    Please return all shared equipment to the storage area after use and check paddle board air pressure before heading out.

    Please note: Our kayaks are no longer available due to damage. Each paddle board is equipped with a seat and double-sided paddle, allowing guests to enjoy them while seated or standing. Additional paddle boards will be added soon.

    ★ Entertainment ★

    Each suite includes a Roku Smart TV with access to popular streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, and more. Guests may log in using their own streaming credentials during their stay and should remember to log out before departure.

    ★ Pet-Friendly Accommodations ★

    We love welcoming furry family members! Up to two pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee per reservation.

    Please note that the front and back yard areas are shared and are not fully fenced. There are several great places throughout the property and neighborhood for walks and outdoor time with your pets. Please notify us when booking if you plan to bring pets.

    ★ Lake Access ★

    While the property does not offer private lakefront access, there are several convenient neighborhood lake access points nearby. We're happy to share our favorite local recommendations and encourage guests to browse our guidebook for additional suggestions on lake activities, dining, attractions, and things to do around Canyon Lake and the Texas Hill Country.

Great stay

This was not only comfortable but well appointed and quiet. I needed somewhere to stay last minute and this did the trick. I even saw a flock of deer middle of the night while walking the dog which was sort of magical. I’d definitely stay again.

I decided not to stay for my reservation, although I know it is non refundable. The description on Expedia gave the impression it was closer to water and had a nice view. I was also under the impression my pup could come for no additional price. The neighborhood didn't feel safe at all to me and there was no nice view from any vantage point. The TV also didn't work, every time I tried to select an app it would shut down on me. There were no board games as implied in the Expedia description, the leather couch was cold and uninviting. After about an hr I locked up and returned the key to the lock box and spent the night elsewhere. I messaged the host, but didnt recieve a response until check out time. The host stated of they knew in real time they would have assisted with TV, however thwy waited over a day to even respond, and by that time it was time to check out. I booked this as a solo getaway for my birthday and im pretty disappointed.
