Nice Place

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The rooms are large and there is a lot of natural light with plenty of windows in every room. It’s perfect for relaxing and plenty of room for the family to spread out or gather together in the dining or living room. The beds are very comfortable. It has a great setup for a pet with an including indoor cage and pet door. The house is located very close to Comal Park where you can go to swim or launch your boat. My only suggestion would be to add a Keurig for convenience. I would definitely stay here again.

Canyon Lake Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this Canyon Lake house! Very clean and spacious. The owners were responsive & even dropped off additional trash bags. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Great spot- comfortable backyard

Great people to work with. Easy check in process. Nice backyard to relax in. Very close to Comal state park as well as river. Ideal house for a quick Hill country weekend.

Perfect getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and very comfortable. We especially loved that we could bring our dogs. The backyard is a huge plus for us as it makes vacationing with dogs much easier! We had a a great time! The Italian restaurant that was recommended by the owner was fantastic and very close to the house.

Lovely Property and Dog Friendly

Easy to check into with owners very responsive. Nice, shady yard for our two small dogs to play in. Beautifully appointed. What else could we ever want? Definitely worth the stay!

Nice, quiet place to stay!

Very nice home to stay in. Nice quiet neighborhood. An item to check on is that both shower/tubs have very slow draining. May need to be cleaned out. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. Good location for us too.

Perfect

Good location to what we were planning....float the Guadalupe Loop. It was also close to a public boat launch on Canyon Lake. The property was very very nice. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nice backyard...secure for pets. Nice outdoor furniture group too.

Nice family weekend near the lake.

Really comfortable place. Long walk or quick drive to Comal Park- we didn’t go until noon and got turned around at the entrance of the park- it was full! Went back later in the afternoon and although crowded, we were able to hang out in the lake for a few hours. The house was perfect for our family gathering. It was spacious, had everything we needed, and was well appointed and maintained. The property managers were responsive and very friendly.

Pet friendly and felt like home!

Great house! The property was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed pillows were so soft. Very dog friendly! A dog crate was on site with a couple tennis balls. The yard was safe, secure and had plenty of shade. Beautiful bedrooms. Plenty of towels. Make up remover clothes and dark face towels we’re provided. Easy check-in and check-out. Great hosts!

Nice house and yard

Well maintained house which was clean and comfortable. We brought our two dogs, who enjoyed the large backyard. One was able to sneak under the fence at one point, but she is an expert at this maneuver! Still, something to consider. Kitchen was equipped with all the basics, though nothing fancy. A lot of the neighborhood is under construction, which detracted in terms of aesthetics. However, still set in beautiful hill country, with deer on the front lawn on a regular basis, which was a treat. Very easy logistics in terms of house procedures, security, etc.

Weekend getaway

Cute house. Inside up to date and cute little touches. Appreciated the amenities, like the bottle of wine, chocolates on our beds and the nicely folded towels. A few things to note for the mgmt company. The floor in kitchen was dirty and there are cobwebs along baseboards, kitchen window and the kitchen light fixture. It obviously wasn’t swept or dusted. Would have been nice to have the back yard cleaned and mowed, but we were thankful for the secure fence for our dog. And the plumbing needs attention. Both shower drain extremely slow and hardly any water pressure coming out of upstairs master sink. They both just need some maintenance. Overall good rental and served our purpose.

CANYON LAKE VACATION

THE PICTURES OF THIS PLACE DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE. IT IS ON THE SAME ROAD AD THE BOAT DOC. THE PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL. AC WORKS. HAD W/D ROOM. YARD IS BEAUTIFUL WITH SOFT GRASS. MANY DEER COME UP TO THE YARD TO SNACK. THE BEDS ARE ALL COMFORTABLE THE ROOMS ARE BIG. THE COUCH IS NICE. IT WAS A GREAT STAY. THE FRIDGE IS LARGE. THE ONLY THING I THINK WOULD BE BETTER IS IF THERE WAS MORE COOKING DISHES, A TOASTER, MORE TRASH BAGS, MORE TOWELS NOT TO TAKE TO LAKE. I GIVE THIS AN A PLUS AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. AND IT WAS AT A GREAT PRICE. WE SAW PLACES TWICE THE PRICE THAT WE THOUGHT ABOUT RENTING UP THE ROAD FURTHER A WAY AND THEY WERE NOT AS NICE AS THIS ONE! THANK YOU ALL!

A bit different than advertised.

The property is a well kept place, and a good location. The deer are plentiful and we were close to the lake. Water pressure is terrible from the sinks in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The water is only hot in the laundry room every where else extreme low pressure and just warm water. There was no propane for the fire pit only 2 empty bottles. No charcoal for the grill. Dog poop in the backyard from previous guests. We had our 17 month old grand daughter with us and there is an electrical outlet with no cover on it in the living room rather scary for an inquisitive child. We travel every summer and rent a home or condo and I have to say the advertising and actual place are a bit disappointing. Also the person that we spoke with before and at arrival acted as though we were a problem or she didn't want to deal with us. Thank you

Comfortable ?

Loved the outside fire pit. Would have liked some chairs, especially in living room No comfortable place to play games. We used the dining room but no backs to the chairs eventually got to us. BUT it was perfect for the dogs! Very comfortable letting them out to the back yard and plenty of room in the living room for their beds One item missing from the kitchen was a can opener, luckily we had a knife

A very nice place to stay for our oldest granddaughter’s college graduation from Texas State👍

The house was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely lease again if we come back to town. FYI the washing machine make a noise when int is filling with water. May want to have it looked at. Thank you for providing a very beautiful place. Don & Brenda Kyle

Thanksgiving getaway

From start to finish this was a very clean and cozy house. Location was perfect, nice and quiet neighborhood with lots of deer at all times of the day to come and graze in the front yard. Backyard was perfect for pets to roam around and play. Beds were super comfy and every room had a tv that we used to watch some good football games. Dining table was perfect to seat the whole family to eat a big meal . I would definitely come back and stay here at the bunny haus if I ever jus wanna get away from the city. Would definitely recommend for a family reunion or any holiday to spend with the family with enough room to fit everybody !

Nice Weekend getaway

We had a great time in this comfortable house. The outside seating area and fenced in yard were perfect for hanging out in the evenings with our dog. It is relatively close to everything in the area and nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood.
