    The Space:

    Canyon Lake Lookout is a thoughtfully designed three-story Hill Country retreat offering approximately 2,000 square feet of comfortable living space and panoramic lake views. The home sleeps up to seven guests across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for a relaxing lake escape.



    The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a kids’ room featuring bunk beds with a trundle to comfortably accommodate children or additional guests. A Pack ’n Play and baby gates at stair landings make the home especially well suited for families traveling with young children.



    Inside, guests will find multiple spaces to gather and relax. The main living area offers comfortable seating and a welcoming atmosphere, while the downstairs living area includes a shuffleboard table for friendly competition. The garage game room adds even more entertainment with foosball, a large Smart TV, seating, and a refrigerator, creating a fun hangout space for all ages.



    The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining and includes both drip and Keurig coffee makers along with coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, and sweeteners. Indoor dining includes a table seating four and a kitchen bar with three stools.



    Outdoors is where the home truly shines. The third-story balcony spans the width of the house and serves as the centerpiece of the property, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Canyon Lake. Guests can relax around the wood-burning fireplace, enjoy the Smart TV, grill meals on the propane grill, or dine outside at the table for six while watching the sunset over the lake. Two kayaks with life jackets are also provided for guests who want to explore the water.

    Guests have full, private access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the kitchen, laundry room, game room, outdoor decks, and the third-story balcony. Parking is available onsite. Entry is easy and secure with smart-lock access and a unique code provided before arrival.

    The third-story balcony fireplace is wood burning and available for guest use, although we do not provide firewood. Guests are welcome to bring their own.



    This property is not pet friendly in order to maintain the highest cleanliness standards for all guests.
