"Vakantiehuis was uitstekend. Geweldige tuin met fantastisch zwembad. Tuin geheel omheind. Als uitvalbasis richting diverse bezienswaardigheden prima gelegen. Het huis werd ook tussentijds geheel schoongemaakt. De communicatie met de eigenaar was in het begin uitstekend en heel snel. Bij de start werd ons aangegeven dat we gedurende de hele periode, ondanks het feit dat de eigenaar onder de vakantiewoning periodiek woont, alleen zouden zijn. Echter de laatste 4 dagen was de eigenaar plotseling en zonder vooraf kenbaar te maken terug in de woning. Hij bleek ook een hond te hebben, waardoor onze hond niet meer vrij rond kon lopen. En tot slot ontving de eigenaar ook nog visite, waardoor wij ons genoodzaakt voelden op het balkon te blijven. Uiteraard is het zijn eigendom, maar waren we graag vooraf even geïnformeerd. Aangezien wij erg gesteld zijn op onze privacy is er bij ons twijfel ontstaan over een eventuele terugkeer naar dit appartement. Huis, tuin en ligging krijgen zeker een dikke 10 en onze vakantie was verder uitstekend."

"Ground floor apartment style property with owner living upstairs. Sole use of garden in front of property and medium sized pool with some patio around it, some sun loungers to use beside the pool. Covered terraced area with table and chairs. Peaceful location, quiet surroundings with view of the lake, slightly raised portion. Several restaurants within 10 mins drive, by the lake and in the village, steep road upto property, meant we didn't try and walk in the heat!The kitchen/lounge is large, but limited space for preparing food or storage, the table was broken but we ate all our meals on the terrace anyway. There wasn't a dishwasher or coffee machine but the clothes washing machine was really useful. 2 large bedrooms, one with king bed, the other with twin beds, with small ensuite shower rooms. A third room off the lounge which was small but worked well. There is also 'daybed' in the lounge which could also be used. There is air-conditioning in the kitchen and another unit that sits between the bedrooms .Castiglione del Lago 30mins, lovely walled town with loads of restaurants, makes it a great evening visit or in the daytime to visit the shops. Cortona is well worth a visit about 45mins away for museum, shops and churches. Assisi was our favourite, about 45mins away, driving close to Peruglia airport on the way. Peruglia also lovely, we parked at the bottom of the hill and walked up, as the Monorail wasn't open in August!Owner really helpful/approachable but discreet."

Villa del Riccio. The right place to relax in the midst of nature.

"Véritable petit coin de paradis, très tranquille, à proximité de plusieurs sites d'intérêt. Vue absolument magnifique sur le lac Trasimène et l'île Polvese. Grande maison avec de belles grandes pièces communes où il fait bon se reposer et prendre un repas en famille. Agréables espaces extérieurs aussi, parfaits pour un apéro ou un repas du soir avec vue sur le lac. La cuisine est grande et fonctionnelle. Les deux salles de bain sont grandes et bien équipées, bien qu'on apprécierait un rideau autour du bain-douche au deuxième étage.Le petit village d'à côté, San Feliciano, a le nécessaire (bars/cafés, restaurants, petite épicerie), et un supermarché complet se trouve à Magione, à 10-15 minutes en auto. Dans un rayon d'environ 1 heure en voiture se trouvent plusieurs villes et villages qui valent la visite (Cortone, Pérouse, Orvieto, Assise, Gubbio, etc.). Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa del Riccio et la recommandons à 100%."

"Elisa propose un appartement confortable,propre.Un accueil chaleureux ,et de nombreuses informations pratiques(wifi,tri sélectif,restaurants a proximité,...)Le Lac est accessible à pied ,la situation centrale permet la découverte des villes et villages voisins mais aussi d'Assise,Pérouse et d'Arezzo.De nombreuses activités sportives sont disponibles(kite surf,canoë,baignades fraîches,..).Un point d'information touristique en face de la pharmacie est présent à San Feliciano.Bon séjour"
