Tom asked if i wanted to know about any restaurants close by if I wanted to go out for the night. Tom is Truly in the right field of customer service even though my stay was for one night I would return. "

"Our room was clean, comfortable and had some character with a lake view balcony and gas fireplace. The only thing that was wrong was that the tv did not work correctly. It went in and out. If you were watching a show, you’d get about 2 sentences, and then it would go dark for about 5 seconds, and then back on. We didn’t report it at the time but we did leave a note. The only other complaint is that there was not good direction about things like where and what time breakfast was served or where the pools were located. Once we found the pool it was great, with a gorgeous view of the lake. You can walk down steps to a sandy beach from the pool, as well. We will be back. "
