    Ground floor with equipped outdoor patio,
    Fireplace kitchen and Electrodonestics (burners, fridge, oven and microwave oven).
    Upper floor 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Recently renovated, with thermal fixtures. Country and welcoming environment. We accept animals. Surrounded by woods and pristine fields. Area famous for porcini mushrooms and truffles not far from the Campitello Matese ski slopes

Diverse manchevolezze ed omissioni sulle vere condizioni dell'alloggio

Armadio piccolissimo e già pieno di coperte e varie cose, nessuno ha avvertito che viene tolta l'acqua alle 22, l'esterno e in stato di abbandono e l'interno ha una sdraio rottame alla scala, dietro al divano c'è una tenda che copre una montagna di ciarpame. Capisco il prezzo sia contenuto, ma si richiede un minimo per evitare di sentirsi un profugo...
