Amazing place! For the price a very elegant place to stay. Nice breakfast and staff was very friendly. The bar and restaurant is a pluss

The property is awesome. But the room was extremely small. This may be a feature of hotels in the center of London, but still this is good to know. The bathroom was ridiculously and impractically cramped.

Property is located in central London. Close to Victoria station - 15 min walk and close to lots of significant historical buildings and places. Arrived - staff were very welcoming. Had contacted hotel in advance and asked to be allocated a quiet room which they had done at back of building. Hotel / room / bed were nice. Lovely welcome note from team which was nice. Stayed for a work event so didn’t utilise bar or dining. Good shower. This overall is a good hotel. It’s safe and well located and great staff. I was however underwhelmed with it and the room based on cost and star ratings - carpet was stained and bathroom was small. But these are minor things. Bed / bathroom clean. Checkout was good. I think I would try somewhere else next time. But if you have to be in the Victoria area then it’s a good shout.

I love this property! The hotel and amenities are beautiful, the staff are amazing and attentive and the rooftop bar is the best place for a late evening cocktail with a view of Trafalgar Square. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel and the staff could not be more helpful and attentive. The spa treatments and pool facilities are of the highest quality. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
