    The Royal Ranch Vacation Rental is unprecedented for the expansive views it offers. The Royal Ranch overlooks the Arkansas River Valley below and the Royal Gorge Bridge on the horizon.



    There is not another vacation rental in our region that boasts such incredible views and detailed landscaping. Enjoy this unique accommodation on 40 acres of Colorful Colorado!



    The Space:

    The Royal Ranch provides four bedrooms and two sectionals comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests.



    The Royal Ranch Vacation Rental, located 10 miles west of Cañon City, Colorado, is a four-bedroom, three-bath, 2500 square foot retreat. The Royal Ranch has a custom kitchen and prides itself on its outdoor amenities as well. Large well-manicured outdoor patios, wrap-around decks, and a hot tub with equally fantastic views



    Guest Access:

    You will have access to the entire property including exclusive access to hike up the mountain located right behind the home.



    The Neighborhood:

    The Royal Ranch is tucked away in the mountains with a private gated driveway. The neighborhood is spread out and secluded giving the feel of not being in a neighborhood at all!



    Getting Around:

    The Royal Ranch is located about 3 miles from our famous White Water Bar & Grill and is 10 miles outside of the town of Cañon City.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We have office staff available for contact every day from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Outside of our office hours we provide our guests with owner contact information to quickly resolve any and all guest issues.
